The last two times I've been there have been horrible. Both times (after work) around 1030/11pm, the two woman working are always rude and snappy. First time, I get home, my order was completely wrong. So I called and they fixed the problem by putting my name in a binder so my next meal is free. Fine, problem fixed, still sucks at the moment. The second time, I ordered a 8 piece nugget, large fry, drink. Pulled out and thought, oh I better check before I drive out. Double checked my order this time and had no sauces and med fry that was half full. I decided no I'm going in to get my Large fry and my sauces. I go in and the two woman and man where standing around talking about wrong order. They seen me come in and yelled over that I had the wrong order. I had deep fried pickles. I'm like ya and I didn't even notice that I just came in for my large fry and no sauces. They were laughing at me. I got upset and said I don't find it funny this seems to happen alot! I left to go get my wallet in the car and they were yelling infront of customers that I can keep the food etc. I left to go get my wallet and the rest of the food in my car so I could just get my money back because I was pissed at how they were acting. I do have to mention the young man was helpful and took over and handled the situation respectfully while the two young woman just mumbled out of ear shot and kept giving me dirty looks.
I wouldn't have made a big deal if they weren't yelling around and laughing about the situation. Very unprofessional. It doesn't matter what time of day it is. Maybe certain evening staff need to be trained on better customer service. I've mentioned the situation to a couple peers I know in the area and they have mentioned themselves about this location and those certain ladies who work there. That's embarrassing especially for the owner of this establishment. I almost want to write to head office about these certain employees because of how they treat...
Read moreThe experience I had tonight was absolutely horrible , I ordered Harvey’s through door dash and once the food got here I opened up the bags to find two burgers missing when I had just spent $60 to grab me and my family food, and right away I already knew the bag wasn’t tampered with because the sticker that seals the bags closed wasn’t ripped so I knew the dasher didn’t take them, so I call Harvey’s and end up speaking with a woman that told me she was the supervisor there and she personally made my order, I try explaining to her and wondering where the other two burgers are from my order but she keeps talking over me and then insinuate that the dasher must of took it, which I then try to explain that there is no way that happened because the bags where sealed and I had to rip the stickers off myself to open the bags, she still continues to argue with me, and at this point it’s absolutely ridiculous and frustrating, the argument I had to go through and have was unnecessary and could have been simply dealt with in a...
Read moreI ordered food online, and they called me that we have given your order to somebody and now delivery boy is standing here asking for the order, can you please confirm if you receive it or not and I mentioned that it’s still showing cooking to me on the app. The girl working there said ok then we will make the order again. 30 min later there was still no update on the order so I called the store and girl said that we don’t have any delivery boy here now and I cannot make your order because what if I make it and nobody comes to pick it up. And she was talking so rudely and said you can come in the morning to take the order or the refund from the manager. First they handed over my order to someone else. And asked the actual delivery boy to leave and then did not make the order again and refuse to help us and then stopped picking up our calls.
