Harvey's — Restaurant in Ontario

I decided that I wanted to frequent Harvey's restaurants this evening so on foot I went and walked enjoyed the outdoors and got to Harvey's from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was impressed beyond reason. In this day where it's difficult to find people to work in news atmospheres and stores the people that are there are doing bang up job and they deserve a lot of credit, as well as all of the management for ensuring that the restaurant was suitable for guests. The ordering process was great very friendly cashier, the counters to get your drink was spic and span and all the condiments were filled as necessary. I picked up my food from the counter once it was ready I sat down and I ate it, It was hot and fresh and extremely tasty. I was extremely satisfied with the meal. Before I left I needed to use the restroom and to be perfectly honest I think it may be the cleanest restroom that I've ever used. The floors were clean it smelled nice in the bathroom the counters were wiped there's tissue in the bathroom if you needed it it was a very positive experience and whoever is in charge and does all the work really does deserve a huge pat on the back. I have never in my life dealt with such rude cx service! I work for a phone company and do customer service myself! I went to order my food and asked if they still had the buffalo chicken, doesn’t answer my question and says are you drinking Pepsi with that like pardon?What happened to my question that you just skipped over? Also she was nothing but snotty through the whole order I get it sucks to work on New Year’s Eve but don’t come in to be rude to customers! I didn’t book you to work Harvey’s did! I will never again eat here every time me and my husband go this is what happens don’t recommend. I have also worked here and got nothing but bullied! My supervisor was yelling at me so bad that a customer came to yell at my supervisor explaining the debit machines that were working arnt my fault and was yelling at me in rush our lunch in front of all my customers! If you want to be treated right go to Petawawa it may be a drive but better then going...

Yesterday apx. This time I went do the drive thru , anyways I sent a review some reason it did not post ,I just left giant tigers after a very rude staff member upset me so much I left all my xmas gifts I was buying ,on way home I did not want to make supper as I was still very angry and frazzled ,anyways the young man on the order speaker was so funny and light hearted within that few seconds by the time I got to the window I was smiling I asked for the cashier to get him so I could tell him his kindness and sense of humor changed my entire evening , after speaking with him just b4 I left another women in the car in front of me got out of her vehicle to say she over heard our conversation and was also having a bad day and because of this young man and me thanking him her day also changed so thank you whomever you were yesterday I was the girl on the e=bike ,p.s you changed two people's days tell them you...
