Harvey's — Restaurant in Ontario

Harvey's has always been my favourite fast-food burger place... until recently. Not sure if it's just the Dundas St. East location but the last two times I have been there the burgers were terrible! They did not taste like what Harvey's burgers usually taste like and they were dry and thinner than what they were just a few months ago...they were mashed together like a child put them together. Are the staff all new and don't have proper training or do they just not care. Did you switch your meat supplier??? The last time I was there I had to wait in the designated parking space because the fries weren't ready (not a problem) when my food was carried out yes the fries were nice and hot but my burger was cold...obviously mashed together too soon and put aside until the fries were done...such a disappointment :/ This is not what I expect from a Canadian...

Edit: Even worse when I returned. Zero stars. The service is the absolute worst here. Go to the Wharncliffe location, much better service and attitude from employees. I feel like the staff treats me as a nuisance each time I visit, rather than a guest. Visited twice, the first time nobody was at the cash. Few employees kept peeking out from the back, then one reluctantly came and took my order a couple minutes later. Why does everyone who work here seem disgruntled? Second time, lady adding the toppings really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Just threw stuff on, everything fell off.

The burgers are just top notch at this place! I tried the angus one, and it was thick and juicy. I would recommend adding their Harv sauce to it, and generally both the Harv sauce and their Chipotle are a perfect match for fries and onion rings. Just ask the staff to put some sauce in the side cup. Try their Chicken Bacon Ranch poutine and Deep fried pickles! I often have to come to their place just because I have a craving for those pickles. The service was fast, I didn’t have to wait in the line at all.
