I have been to the Hi Yogurt located in Toronto and Waterloo several times whenever I passed through, and have been dreaming that one day we have one in London and here it is.
Today my wife and I went to this grand opening store with high expectation but encounter a semi-poker face without smile. The service experience here was bad thus 2/5.
The yogurt product we purchased here is the purple sticky rice one (as our favorite flavor from this franchise), but the yogurt itself and the taste was way thinner than the one we had before in Waterloo and Toronto locations. The purple sticky rice tasted a tiny bit weird like the rice has been placed in storage for a very long time before it is cooked. Food in general is acceptable but way below the average thus 3/5

Read moreI stopped by Hi Yogurt on Dundas St in London the other day and I was really impressed. The place has a bright, welcoming atmosphere and a very clean setup. The staff were super friendly and helped me pick out a flavour combo I ended up loving.
The yogurt drinks were fresh, flavourful, and had a nice balance. The portions feel generous, and you can tell they use good quality ingredients. Prices are reasonable for what you get.
