Unfortunately, this will be the last time I dine at this restaurant. I was extremely disappointed to be charged a non-disclosed gratuity fee after receiving such poor service.

Firstly, our orders were not delivered together; they arrived about 15 minutes apart. One of our friends even received their main dish before their sides.

Despite having an empty section in the restaurant, we were seated at a makeshift table composed of three different tables, one of which was very unbalanced. We had to swap it ourselves with another table nearby to make it usable.

We were only given utensils and plates for four people, even though our group was larger. When the food finally arrived, the waitress still didn't notice the shortage of utensils, and I had to ask for more.

The cleanliness of the cups was appalling, with visible stains along the rim and sides. This is unacceptable.

I ordered the Chicken Thali, which was supposed to include a dessert, but the dessert never arrived.

When it came time to pay, the waitress combined all our orders into one bill and was rude when we asked for it to be split. Another waitress, with an even worse attitude, split the bill but didn't let us see the amounts we were paying. When it was my turn, I noticed the machine showed $24, even though my order was $18.99 before tax. After explaining that my total should be $21, the waitress claimed it was due to a friend's drink, which I did not order. Only then did she mention the non-disclosed gratuity fee.
