Where do I start? Put it this way I will be surprised if this KFC on West Street doesnât go out of business shortly. I pull up to the drive thru and ask for the two piece combo and ask for two chicken breasts instead of a breast and a leg. The employee tells me it will cost me extra. Iâm thinking okay thatâs fine because the legs they sell you are so small. Wow, was I fooled. I also asked to upsize my fries to a medium instead of a small. I get my food handed to me and the employee says to me she is so confused. Not sure why, it was a simple order, hate to see how she would deal with a large order. I check my order before leaving and what I see are two very small chicken breasts and a small bag of fries. I go back into the restaurant and say to the girl at the cash âthis is a medium orderâ she replies with that is a âmega fryâ. As Iâm leaving I said I would hate to see a small fry. The order came to $20 and change. I also had a terrible experience with this KFC approx one year ago with them forgetting certain parts of our order. Thought I would give them one more chance. They are very sneaky as well, the employee said to me last year she would give me a free piece of chicken if she could put a review on my phone. She took my phone and gave themselves a five star rating. This location isnât even worth a one star but I had to give them at least a one star in order to leave a comment. I donât like leaving negative comments but this is totally deserved and people should never eat at this KFC on West Street in Orillia. I will never be back. Also going to post this on Facebook. Word of mouth is your worst advertising folks. This is what it looks like on the plate. My mother in law tells me she was at this location a month ago and ordered the three piece with fries, got home and the chicken wasnât cooked so she threw it in the garbage and opened a can of soup. Not sure who the manager/owner is but you need to pull up your socks and be ashamed of yourselves.

   Read moreWhat a bad experience we just had. Usually stick to our same fast food choices but decided to change it up today and craved some good old KFC. What a mistake! First off the gentleman taking our orders was just zipping through as if he wasnât really paying attention, speaking so fast we could hardly understand him. Their pop machine must be broken because they only had CANS of Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. When we arrive to the window he is once again zipping through the payment and practically throwing our food into the car. We asked him directly for mayo packets on the side while we paid, and within the 60 seconds of that and giving us the bags he must have forgotten. He also forgot the forks (we ordered poutine) straws and napkins. To make matters worse it appeared he gave us a combo including fries and the poutines in the SIDE. We asked if we had been charged, and to have a copy of the receipt. That was to much apparently so he asked for our phone to take a picture of the receipt as it would not print. Weird. He assured us we were not charged extra and the fries were complimentary while handing us a cup of mayo and making a point that he didnât charge us for that either. I would hope not there was about the amount That would be put on a sandwich. So whatever off we go only to find out the Big Crunch we ordered was also, you guessed it WRONG.    Read moreIâll never be back to this location, we waited for 25 minutes for our order that was 2 meals, and there were two people in front of us. Granted, the location is also dealing with skip, online orders, and a drive thru. They need more staff and better organization. Management also watched an employee get reamed out by a customer and didnât intervene, and the worker in the kitchen put the cashier in a severely uncomfortable position claiming he did put the cheese on an order that was being complained about for no cheese. Also, our order went into the hands of another customer before it reached us when there were literally only us and the other customers in the store at that moment. During a pandemic this was super disappointing to see, there should be more organization to avoid this. Last thing that was disappointing to see was their continued use of beverage station, most restaurants have taken these out for cleanliness purposes during the pandemic because of lack of sanitation. There also wasnât any sanitizer available at the beverage station. My heart goes out to the staff who are being overworked and dealing with constant customer frustrations because of the poor management at this location.....
