Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Update. Spoke with Arron, who identified himself as the manager. I communicated again the undercooked crazy bread. He did apologize and said we could bring it back and cook it longer which was nice however I it was overlooking the issue that it is always under done. He said the cook times were given by corporate. We have not had this issue at other restaurants, and it has been a complaint by many customers.

Under cooked crazy bread. My son enjoys crazy bed and at this store it is consistently under cooked and floppy. Other little cesars the crazy bread is fresh and saucy with garlic parm butter coated on the sticks. This store for some reason the sticks are never coated and often the sticks are under done (white no toasting in them). There is some garlic parm on the paper they are wrapped in, but not really on the bread sticks. Which are very dry. In the past I have asked them to re sauce and they said there would be an extra charge. I understand if it is we wanted extra. But they barely had any at all. They gave me a difficult time.we haven’t had the pizza from here in awhile as our past experience there were issues...

I gave it a 2 based solely on the friendly staff at this particular location.

The food however, was underwhelming to say the least. I understand it's the cheapest pizza joint and you get what you pay for. However, the quality used to be there.

The bread sticks were dry and cut into different sizes, many of them being super thin. Where is the garlic butter? It was nothing but some dough sticks with parmesan cheese on top. They were hard to eat. Not only were they dry, the ends of them were hard as if they had sat there all day.

I ordered three pizzas. One stuffed crust with pepperoni, green olives, and bacon. The "stuffed crust" was more of a lining. The crust was hollow with a little lining of cheese on the inside. Zero cheese pull. Pretty disappointing. The second pizza we ordered was a Hawaiian. It was okay, but again, just not the quality it used to be. And the third was a cheese pizza. It stacked up to any cheap frozen pizza you can get at the grocery store.

Was a great place before either new owners took over or the owner just stopped carring about service and good customer service skills. The last few time's I've gone there they haven't made my order right at all or food is burnt/over cooked was charged multiple times for product's I didn't receive and when I went back to complain the staff was rood and ignorant and had an attitude when I continued complaining till it was fix and even then food was over cooked. Don't know what happened to this location used to be great but the past few month's I've noticed the quality of food and service has dropped substantially...
