Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

I phoned in an order at 4:15 for deep dish 1/2 & 1/2 pizza, toppings repeated back so all okay. I was told 10 minutes I said I would pick up at 5:00. When I get there at 5:03 it hasn't even been put in the oven. Instead of an apology for forgetting (things happen) the person tries to give me excuses. Fine I ask for managers number and get a ripped piece of paper with a Hotmail.com account and store phone number. Mistakes happen but a sincere apology when they realized they forgot to put it in the oven would have gone a long way. Instead of going all pyscho on them I quietly waited for the pizza. Upon receipt of pizza I got a snarky "Have a good night". Finally get pizza home and both sides are wrong toppings. The pizza is not cooked long enough still raw in the middle, obviously pulled out of oven too soon. This was the worst service I've had in years. I hope I can post this...

It's long overdue that I wrote a review for this location. The Pizza isn't the best (obv. smaller local shops are better than corporate ones) nor can you sit inside and eat its a pick up and go place. The reason that this place gets such high stars is the quickness and the service quality of the staff. Very great staff working here. Been multiple times and always spend less than 5 minutes picking a Pizza and hitting the road. Usually walk in and just ask them what Pizza's do you have ready? Typically an ample selection with multiple different types of pizzas. Very good for its convenience and its guaranteed the fastest service you could receive for a Pizza. Even for larger orders the staff helped me to my vehicle with it. The Pizza is affordable and with inflation and the cost of living it is great. I went into the restaurant earlier today with my boyfriend to order Crazy Bread only to receive very rude hostile service. We had just walked in (the restaurant was empty) and wanted to take a look at the menu before fully deciding on what to order which seemed to irritate the lady at the counter therefore I didn’t bother taking much time to look and just ordered the bread. As I approach the counter she says in an irritated voice “finally ready to order?” And then after ordering the bread says “just bread? Really?”. After this, my boyfriend went to pay and it didn’t go through only to be told in a rude tone once again “if you actually put the card on the screen it’ll work”.

As a woman of colour I felt very unwelcome from the moment I walked in. I don’t mind if she was having a bad day but as someone who works in service the entire altercation was unprofessional and...
