**Review Rating:** 1/5 ⭐ **Review Summary:** I revisited Pizza Pizza after many years, recalling its quality from the 1980s. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. 1. **Decline in Quality:** Pizza Pizza's current offerings are far below the standards of the past. The taste and size have notably deteriorated over time. 2. **Unpleasant Taste:** The slice purchased was "absolutely horrible," a significant drop in taste quality. The sauce, in particular, was "horrid." 3. **Portion Size:** Not only has the taste suffered, but the portion size has also decreased. The slice purchased was smaller compared to previous experiences. 4. **High Price:** Despite the diminished quality and portion size, the price remains high. Paying $5.65 for a single slice felt unjustified given the poor quality taste. 5. **Recommendation:** I strongly advise against Pizza Pizza and suggest trying City Pizza instead. City Pizza offers fresh, delicious slices with a generous amount of toppings, as a matter of fact fully topped out the slice is only $1.99 which is a much lower price than $5.65 that I paid for the pizza pizza. And if you're looking for just the pepperoni slice, get a load of this, it's only $1.67!! And the slice is absolutely huge! It provides better value compared to Pizza Pizza's offerings. One of the biggest I've had in many years. The photos you see that I added are from City Pizza so do yourself a favor and go there next time you're looking for not just a cheap pizza but an amazing tasting Pizza!

New renovation looks really nice, and atmosphere here is great for a cheaper pizza joint. Pricing has gone up in the past couple of years, but isnt unreasonable. However, the one issue Pizza Pizza has always had has been pizza quality... and while they have made huge steps forward in the last 2- 2 1/2 years, their pizza is still not all that good. Crust has imporved and is now crunchier, but the pizza is never hot enough, and often the toppings are still soggy (meat isnt cooked to crispy, but instead just heated on top, cheese is melted but not hot). Service is often quite professional, and staff are usually friendly, but tonight's service was subpar... ordered a large meat supreme pizza, with 2 jalapeno cheese dips, and a 6 pack of drinks, everything went alright except that no one asked us until our order was being handed to us about what drinks we actually wanted... which had never happened before. Still giving 3 stars for atmosphere, slowly improving pizza, and usually great service. Its cheap pizza so I guess I'd recommend it if you need something in a rush. My real recommendation is if you want real quality, go to a slightly more expensive location.

Had a terrible experience at Pizza Pizza today. I ordered my pizza 20 minutes in advance, thinking it would be ready when I got there. But when I arrived, my pizza was just sitting on the counter getting cold, and I had to wait another 20 minutes just to pay! On top of that, I asked for extra tomato sauce on my pizza, but there was barely any sauce on it—way less than the normal amount. When I showed it to the girl working there, she insisted they put extra sauce on it, even though it was obvious there was almost none. To make things worse, I ordered pepperoni and mushrooms, but there were hardly any mushrooms on the pizza. Then they told me if I wanted to place a new order, I'd have to wait an hour and a half! I was so frustrated I ended up giving the pizza back and asking for a refund. I can see why this place only has 3-star reviews—they're well-deserved. Definitely not a great experience, and I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

If there was a negative score I would use it! I use to love going to Pizza Pizza. The food use to be good, warm and my meals were all correct! No mistakes. Yesterday, I had ordered food after a long day just wanted something quick. I had ordered: onion rings, a bacon caesar salad, poutine and chicken bites. The food gets here on time. Open the poutine - the fries are cold, and there was hardly any gravy or any cheese. Tasted like the fries have been sitting out all day and just heated up. I called and they sent another order out. When the poutine got here, the delivery guy asked what was wrong with the other one, my boyfriend had told him, the guy shook his head and said yeah whatever and walked away, basically calling us liars. I called AGAIN and filed a complaint against the driver and the store. The rep said he was sending an email to the head office to make sure the complaint is going to be looked after. After that mess was sorted we went to eat. The chicken bites weren't cooked the whole way, part of them were still pink. Threw them right out! The onion rings were soggy and disgusting. Threw them out too! The poutine (the new one brought to us) made my boyfriend SICK! And the salad - I don't even want to begin to explain how gross that was either! I called back but they were closed. So I called back first thing when I woke up, I demanded to speak to a supervisor and wanted a refund - NO REFUND - He wanted to know why I did not call - I explained I called about the poutine and we had not yet tried the other food, and that we waited until we got the OTHER poutine to try anything and that as soon as we got the other poutine that the driver was a total ass and had called about that and we didn't even get to try our food. I told him that I called right after the driver left because the driver was rude and basically calling us a liar, and explained by the time I got off the phone the center was closed and I could not call back. He accepted and I went on explaining what else was wrong. Well, he said Pizza Pizza does not give refunds - he is going to file a complaint and an illness report because my boyfriend got sick off the poutine and file another complaint against the store. Apparently we are going to receive a phone call in a weeks time to resolve this issue. I will never, go back to Pizza Pizza again. Not if its in Kingston, Napanee or Belleville. Poor customer service, poor food and just poor...

Terrible Customer Service. The taters were very oily...the box was covered in oil...taters were almost black in color. We have had taters many times at Pizza Pizza and never had any issues..... I Kindly told the lady at the front counter to make us another order of taters properly.

We then started eating our pizza. Owner then calls me while I am eating and starts arguing with me about how taters are fried in oil. All the employees from the back started coming out to the front counter for no reason. We then mentioned to the owner how the quality and service of the food has changed under the new ownership. One staff member then told us to go to Dominoes. At this point we were very upset and left the restaurant.

The staff needs to have better communication skills and needs to understand what the customer is asking. We have been to this Pizza Pizza many times before. Since new ownership quality and service has been very poor. Will not be returning to this location. If the staff understand what the customer is asking it will improve the overall satisfaction for the customer.

Instead of showing me how to fry wedges the owner should have asked me what the problem was with the food and how it can be corrected in a professional manner... so we could continue to eat our pizzas.

We took the staff members advice and went to Dominoes Pizza. The Food was great at Dominoes with no issues or complaints. Thanks for the recommendation. THEY CAN...
