I have never been so appalled by customer service in my life as I was at this Little Caesar's location. I called on my way home from work on Feb.4 2021 at 4:30pm and asked to order 2 Canadian Hot & Ready pizzas, crazy bread and 3 marinara sauces. When I showed up to get them the guy behind the counter was barking orders at the other employees like they were slaves. He was extremely rude to them but I said nothing and patiently waited until he served me. I paid for my order and a few minutes later he brought it out to me. As I was checking the order (they were busy so I wanted to double check that it was right) I noticed that they gave me two pepperoni hot and ready's not Canadian hot and ready's. I very politely informed him that my order wasn't right. He took the pizzas and walked away and then a few moments later he came back with them and in front of several other customers he said "this is what you ordered" and handed them to me. I explained that it wasn't correct and that I had ordered two canadian hot and ready's at which point he sharply interrupted me and said "no you ordered hot and ready's, maybe next time you should be more specific". I was so embarrassed with how he spoke to me in front of the other customers that I took the order and left. As I was walking out the door he yelled "Yeah have a good night". When I got home I called the location and the same guy picked up up. I didn't say who I was I simply asked for the name of the location manager and when they would be in. He then proceeded to ask why I wanted a manager and who I was. I explained that I was a customer and wanted to speak to the location manager about an experience I'd had at which point he said "I'm the location manager what can I help you with?" I found it hard to believe that someone who looked like they were 17 was a location manager so I asked "you're the manager of this location?" at which point he said "yes I am what is it that you need?" I told him again that I was looking for the location manager and then he said "what is this about?" I then explained that I was upset with how he treated me and proceeded to ask who his manager was. He then started back tracking and saying he was just the manager for the night. I told him I wanted the location managers name and number. He said nothing and for about a minute I could only hear noise in the background. He came back and said "the managers name is Will" and then he gave me a phone number. I called the number and received an answering machine that sounded like a 17 year old kid and the message on the machine was "It's Will, leave some words". I left a message and have not received a call back but I don't for one second believe that he gave me the location managers name and number. I have a hard time believing that a professional that runs a business would have that kind of message on their answering machine. I have never been so disgusted with service in my life. I am leaving this review because I'm hoping Little Caesar's will contact me directly. If I hear nothing I will be contacting their head office as this is unacceptable. I'm a paying customer and was very nice and did not deserve the treatment I received. Further to that I will be calling first thing tomorrow morning to ask for the managers info again to see if he actually gave me the proper information as I have a feeling he just gave me his number because he knew he was going to be in trouble. What a terrible way to be treated and those poor kids that answer to him deserve to be treated far better than how I witnessed them...
Read moreI am just wondering if this location hires people who have no sense of work place commitment? This morning as I went to grab lunch for myself and family at 11 am. The store was not open, after waiting 30 minutes for the location to be open. The young lady had no manners on apologizing for opening the store 30 minutes later than posted on the store sign.
Once my order was taken of two hot n' ready and 2 crazy sauce, she proceeded to the fridge to grab 1/4 full crazy sauce in which had no date marked on the containers and then does not proceed to fill the container to there usual standards for this produce. I am just wondering about the lack of individual pride of the works as Little Ceases has been around for a long time in this location and has never been this bad before.
I hope this will not be a continued standard practiced following this write up, because this morning they lost four sales who were expecting it to be...

One of the pizzas I ordered (and I did double check my order) was supposed to be half pepperoni and Italian sausage and half pineapple, ham, and bacon. First, they put Italian sausage over the whole thing, ham on only the pepperoni side, and the proportions were way off…there is pineapple on three slices.
