Ordered pizza tonight online, as we always do from your store on Boler Rd in London Quoted time was 45 to 50 minutes At 65 minutes we called to follow up only to lesrb that the driver hadn't even left yet but we were next. The young lady whom answered the phone was polite and apologized. We regretfully accepted the noted delay At 100 mins I called again and asked to speak to a manager. By this time we had fed our three children and there was no longer a need for the pizza. I asked the manager for a refund. He was rude, short and suggested I was outside of his delivery area (which there has never been any indication of that before). The manager, Brad argued with me for a few moments before I explained I could ask my Credit card company to refund if he could not. This was $100 worth of pizza that we weren't going to eat since we had to feed our kids. He indicated that he could refund me hut would nit accept orders from me in the future
I was appalled, we've ordered dozens of times without incidet( it always takes 50 mins as we do live 15 mins away and we're ok with that) Telling me it was my fault that I lived outside of an area (which was news to me) and then blacklisting us from the store is one of the worst customer service provisions I've ever seen. This review is going on FB and Google, as others shoudl be aware of the mistreatment for being dissatisfied with something that took...
Read moreI have no issue with Pizza Hut itself. This location however fails to impress me. The first time I order from them they brought me the wrong pizza. Which was fixed quickly with the pizza I actually ordered and a gift certificate. But the next time I ordered delivery the driver called me and claimed that it would be there in 5 minutes. I waited for over half an hour after that call. No show. I was then called by them saying they waited in my lobby for 15 minutes then went and knocked on our door. Which was a lie as my husband was down stairs the entire time and I was upstairs waiting, just in case. They proceeded to refuse to drive to our location and said we had to pick it up if we wanted the food and still pay for delivery. Not...
Read moreThe Byron pizza hut makes great pizzas. After every purchase online, I recive an invitation to do a survey to get a buy one get one free offer. Nowhere is it stated only one offer per customer. I get this invitation to do the survey every purchase. However the manager at the Byron Pizza Hut, Jake, is now refusing to accept the buy one get one pizza free offer from the survey. No explanation why. This is contrary to the terms of his company's own offer, and by refusing the offer, is contrary to legal business practices in Canada and Ontario. He is legally bound by the offers. The offers are given after every purchase. Pizza Hit should investigate this manager's refusal to honour these offers. It's...
