Manchu Wok — Restaurant in Ontario

I was truly disappointed with the Manchuwok in White Oaks Malls on Wellington Rd South London. The photos says it all and I only took photos of the food I purchased. Noodles, which were very dry and flavorless. The four little chicken balls and a little bit of sweet n sour sauce did not cut the mustard Peeps. Seven dollars just for four prefrozen, we buy them by the millions, toss them in whatever oil and see what happens, chicken balls, YIKES! Cantonese chow mein that was slimy yet not satisfying. In a small, down sized, right sized box that in itself was pathetic, sixteen dollars. Covid hit hard yes..but fair is fair. When you cut corners like this, you can say good-bye to repeat customers. I usually don't post reviews but last night's experience was not good. I understand that the price in things have gone up but for the portion I got last night was unacceptable. I got a any 3 item plate to go and yes the rice was filled up but the meat I got was only small portions. And they only gave me two of the smallest chicken wings, when they used to give you more the two before. The quality of the food has dropped I believe. And going forward I feel like there are other restaurants in the mall that are better. Which I probably should have...

Very bad customer service and not professional staff working on it . Especially the this girl here name is Hayde as I get this name from his colleague . I was looking for a manager to file a complaint against her, but unfortunately he was not available today. Anyhow it’s totally unacceptable when you try to talk to her to get your order and she was very aggressive to give me answers about her way to do it.
