WARNING: (white oaks mall location in london) if you’re looking for drinks made properly that taste freshly squeezed, at least one employee here makes incorrect drinks and offers no viable solutions (if he takes your order correctly to begin with) they don’t taste well made. The worst experience ever with both drinks and the service, December 17th around 3 pm, drinks we ordered were not correct, the employee misheard my order (ordered Taro and he heard honeydew melon I think it was...this was AFTER he wasn’t able to offer the special of the day; which was mango) even still he had no remorse about the fact that this misunderstanding happened; His response was “I can’t remake it or refund you once it’s made, store policy.” and refused to remake my drink or issue a refund after politely being asked. ( I tried this flavor that I would have NEVER ordered anyway, Artificial melon flavor, and in this case we ordered the largest size as a treat and to ratios were poorly mixed for $15. The second drink was an older tasting avocado and he would not add avocado to make it taste more like avocado so it tasted like water and ice with a hint of stale avocado—waste of money and not “Fresh”) when asked what he could do to FIX these large drinks, this employee had no authority to remake drinks OR issue a refund for the order that was MISHEARD BY HIM. When you are unsatisfied they put all the blame on the customer and take no responsibility to fix the order. Even said “this is why we don’t wear name tags” and directed me to the franchisee number who obviously can’t do anything as they are so far removed from the chain of command. I asked for his managers information he refused to give it to me. I asked for his name he refused as well, I asked his coworker he ignored me completely as naturally he didn’t want confrontation but how is this fair to their customers?
To say the least this is a HUGE rip off and don’t recommend you taking the risk of getting served by this employee. not only was it a mistake to want to treat myself and my wife but the customer service and the whole experience was terrible to say the least and we will never order from this franchise again out of principle. Since I don’t have his name I can describe him, very full eyebrows, nose on the larger side, tortoise shell glasses, unkept facial hair, maybe 18-27 years of age or so , hard to tell his age with his inability to problem solve in...
Read moreFreshly Squeezed at White Oaks Mall was a happy find for this traveler far from home, as I am a huge fan of fresh squeezed juice and condensed nutrients for my depleted body. Staff was super friendly and I really enjoyed my juices. This was also my first experience with cane juice. For those who are wondering, cane juice has a really pleasant flavour reminiscent of a very mild maple syrup, and is nowhere near as sweet as one might expect, because it is still in its natural state and has not had all the nutrients removed and reduced to a condensed form. Natural, unrefined sugars with their nutrients still intact are beneficial and lack many of the bad side effects that come with refined sugars. After tasting, I had them add juiced ginger to my cane juice, and the result was delicious and refreshing.
Freshly Squeezed also has a machine that will put a thin seal on your cup, making their juices far more portable, which is also incredibly helpful. I will definitely visit them again next time...
Read moreThis afternoon, I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to one extremely rude and unprofessional male waiter. From the start, his attitude was extremely dismissive, and instead of providing basic courtesy, he was impatient, unfriendly, rude and even made me feel like I was bothering him by placing an order. What should have been a simple, pleasant stop turned into an uncomfortable experience. Customer service is just as important as the food, and when staff behave this way, it reflects very poorly on the business. I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should have to deal with such rudeness when spending their time...
