As you know, restaurants that offer a quick, fast meal in their restaurant or through the drive-thru. We have all experienced attitude, ignorance etc. It is frustrating. Well, I have discovered the best morning shift in the business. Here is why. I go through the drive-thru and im greeted by a kind, yet professional employee and right away I want to make my order larger than what I was going to get, or if she up sells me on something, im buying it. This employee is Melissa, she is a CSR dream. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 gold stars for Melissa and her customer service. Once I pay for my meal and go to the next window, I am met by a young man, Nisarg, who is in a great mood, looks like he loves what he is doing. As a matter of fact while we wait for our double toasted english muffin to cook, he asks us how are morning is going? Then we get our food and he says " have a great day" who are these staff members? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 gold stars for Nisarg and his great customer service. That service had led me to go back on another day to see if this was a one off, or will it be the same as the last time. YES, it was, except Sean replaced Nisarg, and he is another member of this team who exemplifies the gold standard in customer satisfaction. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 gold stars for his great customer service.
So to the management team running the morning shift from Monday to Friday. You are doing it right. Your hard work and dedication to keeping these awesome staff members in a positive frame of mind is awe inspiring. Please pass on this review to them at your Midland street...

I wouldn’t write this review but same thing is happening over and over again.
1 - went there to have some food. Ordered and has been waiting for them to call up so we can pick up our food. Few ppl got their order but not us. Stood lil big closer to waiting zone so I have a look inside. I have been noticing that cold coffee & Oreo shake has been there for past 8 mins but no one bothers to give it to us. Finally I had to tell them that I have been waiting for my order and it’s been sitting there for a while. I even asked cashier why ? They don’t care about it. The answer I got back is “ Idn here it is, have a great day “
Recently I order Oreo shake, 2 ppl were working inside. No one bothers to make an order. 7 mins of waiting, the cashier starts to make it. I understand that cashier was new and doesn’t know how to make a shake.
She made it and it was half empty. Told her about the cup being half empty. She took the spoon away and put it platform which was not even clean. Dump some wip cream and held it under mixer.
The cup is full for sure but started to melt within 1 min.
Have proper training. I really don’t have an issue buying a food from there as long as you respect customer money and provide...

Might not be a big deal to your young staff but it is to this mom, I right after seeing the manager went to Burger King and they gave my daughter 4 food vouchers enough to cover 4 chicken burg with fries and a root beer.. great job Burger King cuz we only eat out like once a month … thumbs down McDonolds .. I know we are nobody’s to you and us not going there ever again doesn’t affect your cash flow, but you guys seriously suck !!!
