I had the worst service ever at this location. I have never been treated like this ever before. The girl who prepared my meal for me was not told that I had ordered it to eat in the restaurant. When she brought it over to me she dropped the to-go bag on the counter and quickly walked away from me not giving me time to tell her that it was ordered to eat in and not to take out. When I told one of her co-workers that I wanted it to eat in she got all mad at me saying that I at least could have told her that I wanted it to eat in the restaurant. When I placed the order with the person who served me at the cash register I did tell him that the order was to eat in the restaurant and not to go. Secondly how am I supposed to tell her buy that was to eat in the restaurant may she practically threw the order at me and walked away from me. When she went to correct the order she took it out of thee to go bag crumpled it up and through the bag across the room. When she brought it back to me she muttered something at me and quickly walked away from me again. Read moreI am a Canadian and as such have visited many many many Timmies locations...coast to coast and even Manhattan. But this location, for some strange reason is like the twilight zone of Timmies service. This location is consistently extremely slow. Today I was in line for 9 mins and still 4 cars from getting a coffee. Sadly, this happens very regularly at this location. It would be nice to understand why they are so anomalous in the Timmies world. I know metrics are kept on times to get orders out, so I do not understand how the owners have seemingly not taken any steps to improve throughout. It would actually be quicker to slip down the road to a timmies that's slightly further away and still make it out quicker. I work just down the street from this location, so I’m there pretty often atleast 3 days out of the week, and every single time I have been there in the past 2 months, they have managed to get my order wrong. It could be just me in line at 7am and they will forget my coffee with my order, or could be at 12 noon and they could not even heat up the spinach bites that I ordered, they just throw them in the box FROZEN. They gave me donut which I don’t eat anyway. Which happened 3 days in a row, at this point I expect something to go wrong with my order, and just expect to get a donut after every time I go there now. What is the hiring system like?
