Did my order on a menu machine it was fast and easy to follow. 😀 The food warm and excellent.😋 The employees were working as a team to get the orders out to the costumers. Good service!👌 The establishment was clean and tidy. 😀

Lately the burgers have been not assembled properly. 🤨 Today I ordered the Double Filet Of Fish it was my first try. It would have been delicious.😋 IF... it was assembled properly. Upon when receiving the sandwich it was crooked like if it was been thrown into a box. 🤨 Not enough filet of fish sauce on the burger either. 🤨 I find it to be very dry. The standards at this location has dropped. For sending food out. 🤨

I enjoyed the New hamburger Chicken Big Mac! 😋 The only problem I had with the sandwich was the middle kept shifting but that is normal.
The service was excellent because I was waiting for my order... while I was waiting. The employee , she informed me on how long the apple 🍎 pies were going to take just 3 minutes to cook. I was happy because she informed me.

Read moreMcDonald's...I worked at 2 companies in the 90s that used the McDonald's model as they were going through to be ISO certified...I doubt anyone uses the current model outside perhaps the burger flippin' industry. It used to be important to the company to process peoples complete orders through the dirvethru in a timed and efficient manner, there was a timer next to the window that would count out every second, like it mattered. It still matters to me. Now every location has areas to park in to wait for your food and we have been parked many times before. Myself I feel if I am the net person in line, I should be served before the person behind me just as I expect to be taken care of after the person before me is done...that is what behind me is; next. I started off very calm and polite about it saying I would sooner wait at the window for the food. They said I would have to take a refund then as they couldn't do that. I took a cash refund on a debit payment but I just wanted to leave at that point as the manager was throwing all kinds of attitude at me so I let that slide. We got a free coffee out of the deal as a good bye present, we have not been back since. Read moreWhile the drive thru ordering and payment transaction was just as usual, the experience atthe next window to collect food was bad. I wanted to ask a question to the person who was handing out the food bag, however, she just wanted to rush and carry on chit chatting with her colleagues, slam the window shut while asking the question. I understand covid being a situation you'd want minimum interaction but in this case it was more about getting rid of the customer and rushing them out of their face. While eventually after 3 attempts she decided to hear my question, now she had a hard time hearing me thru my mask (yes I had a mask on) but it wasn't because i wasn't loud enough but more so because there was some jolly chit chat going on inside and she wanted to get back to it. i am one for having liberties and fun at work but this was just blatantly insulting, discourteous and plain rude. And all I wanted to ask was whether they had their washrooms open since I had driven 2hrs and had to drive an equal amount ahead. She eventually heard my question and refused use of washroom with a straight stern tone, slammed the window and got back to whatever it is that they were doing.
