Update AGAIN ; went to mcdonalds drive thru today it was 10 59 and they refused to take the lunch order til right at 11. whatever we waited the 1mijute. And THEN put our order in - we make our order..pay..drive to the second window where our drink was handed to us and then we were told to pull up to a spot to wait for our food.. but we still complied... 10 mins later we STILL did not have our order [1 happy meal, 1mcdouble,1 Jr chicken] and yet everyone who ordered AFTeR us had already got their food and left. So my husband goes in. They had just left our order there to get cold. We finally got our order at 11:12. It took 12 minutes to get our small order and they gave everyone after us their food .. had my husbamd not gone in who knows how long we would have waited. This mcdonalds is byfar worst location in london.. you can update and renovate ALL you want but terrible service will always be terrible service.

Update ; its still terrible.. months and months later. Not much has changed.. we PAID extra this morning for a toy - and they hand us a mcdonalds bucket.. every other mcdonalds has the bucket AND A TOY... the bucket is essentially the box - it isnt a toy... like the owner here is cheap.. we went to mcdonalds beside argyle mall they gave a toy WITH the bucket... so did the one inside the walmart but this one tried to tell us the bucket IS the toy? Kids dont wanna play with a bucket... ..Also when it is time to change toys he continues to try and pawn the old ones off first before opening new ones so boxes never end up matching up with the toy inside. They also get every order wrong

This mcdonalds sucks. You order from skipthedishes and your missing order items... we went through drive thru yesterday and we got 2 ice cream cones. A nugget happy meal for my special needs child ; a coffee ; and one junior chicken and the ONLY things that were NOT messed up was 1 of the ice cream cones and the 1 coffee The kids meal fries were unsalted cold and upside down. We asked for honey they have bbq sauce? My junior chicken was literally full of mayo it was everywhere on the top of it out the sides.. it was gross. And one of the ice cream cones my daughter went to lick it and the whole thing fell off all over the seat .. we hadn't even left the drive thru yet. It was just horrendous. I'm tired of this mcdonalds They have no idea what they are doing. And theres only so many times you can complain to the manager...

My family come here often enough... more times than not they bugger up our order...either wrong sizes (always in their favor ie: give us a small when we ordered a large...) wrong special orders (ordered without cheese and it even says so on the receipt and we get extra cheese) or wrong food all together. McDonald's is supposed to be family friendly fast food... but frankly as of late their prices have gone through the roof and they've become very cheap and stingey...now charging for extra Mac sauce or mayo and charging for the Mac and mayo packets as well as the nugget dips... they don't reduce the price if I order without something (ie: doubleburger no cheese no pickle no mustard no ketchup add Mac sauce... i pay extra for the Mac sauce) Or say I want a double hamburger with bacon like a Mac (add Mac sauce and lettuce remove mustard ketchup onion...etc) I pay $1.89 for double hamburger Add $0.99 per piece of bacon Add $1.50 for like a mac So almost $5 for a freaking double hamburger with bacon Mac sauce and lettuce!!!!?????

Also I noticed a double hamburger is $1.89 However a McDouble is only $1.79???!!!

A McDouble is a double hamburger but with 1 slice of cheese...why the hell would it cost MORE

Or a bacon McDouble is $2.29 but if I get a regular double hamburger and add bacon it would be $1.89+$0.99 or $2.88...and that still doesn't have any cheese...their menu just doesn't make any sense and frankly there is NO value in the value choice menu just another example of the greed that runs everything these days...and another gouging shot at the already empty pockets of the average Joe.

McDonald's go back to how you were before... You weren't great then but it's better than it is now for sure... I find it idiotic that I can take as many napkins as i want or salt or pepper or hell as many cups of cola I please (as long as I buy a pop or get one in a combo) I can even take as much ketchup as i like or get extra ketchup or mustard or even onion or pickles on my burger for free... but if I want extra mayo or Mac sauce either on my burger or on the side in a packet I...

New update three days later sat at the drive-through five minutes waiting for the order for the car in front of me and then got told to go park and wait because they were waiting on french fries not even 15 seconds later. The girl is walking my order out the front door. This is unacceptable. It is a waste of customers time And a waste of employees time your ticket window time does not matter to customers that have paid priority is who comes first not what garbage food you can slam out the door first Fries weren’t even hot Glad I had pull up because they were waiting on fries

New update This is months later and this McDonald’s is still doing the same thing taking orders from five different cars and having them all pull up so that their ticket times look good. They’ve already got your money so you can’t exactly just drive away poor service and management skills for whoever is in charge. On Sunday, February 23. 12:53 PM this is totally unacceptable service A different excuse for different customers

Multiple multiple times of going to this place you order at the drive-through you pull up you pay you go to the next window and they tell you to go sit in the parking lot and wait while they take 10 1520 minutes to bring your stuff but their drive-through amazing Because they serve you in 30 seconds the timer doesn’t go off in on them and it makes them look good. Absolutely horrible service at this place and wait and wait and you end up getting cold as. French fries meanwhile you been sitting there waiting for fresh food because they’re busy and you have to wait does not make sense other than...
