I will NEVER EVER return to this Starbucks again and I'm debating whether or not I should discard all Starbucks all together. There was a mistake in my drinks understandable Infact I think I got someone else's order so I called spoke with a lovely woman who wrote my name in their book or their board I couldn't return to Starbucks to get my replacement right away but I figured my name is written in the book so it doesn't matter. Today a few weeks later I returned to Starbucks and the most rude condescending child I say child named SHYAN tried to charge me for the replacement drinks I purchased a cookie and a refresher which I believe they should have thrown in for good measure to compensate any way I asked if instead of a coffee if I could get a cafe mocha and I would pay the difference again shouldn't have too they made a mistake she told me she had to charge me full price I said but I'm getting it as a replacement she said "I'm only replacing the one drink to be nice we threw out the piece of paper with your name on it so we don't have to give you anything at all" I said "I don't want it if I have to pay for it" so she kept the cafe mocha that she already made and have me a black coffee. First of all isn't a cafe mocha coffee with a little hot chocolate and instead of giving me the drink she keeps and gives me a black coffee I never in my entire life seem something so backwards this is a billion dollar franchise and they want to rip me off for a small coffee. I wanted to cry I was so angry . Then I gave her a $20 to pay for the cookie that should have been comped and she gives me my entire change in toonies and loonies. She told me if I had a problem I would have to contact the owner. It's not my fault they gave me the wrong order, it's not my fault they threw out the paper with my name and details which is why the woman I spoke with said she was writing down so that I wouldn't he ave a problem well thank you for being polite but I still had a major problem. I hope Starbucks does something to fix how I was treated I feel like they don't care about me me I'm a nobody . When you pay $7 for a drink you have certain expectations I give zero hold stars to SHYAN and Starbucks gets zero hold stars for hiring a person like that to deal with people. She ruined my entire day. I wasn't trying to get free things I had money I just wanted what I already payed for and I am feeling livid I was treated this way. Just because your rude to someone with a smile doesn't indicate you are not rude it just makes it worse I hope Starbucks...

I come to this Starbucks every day some times twice a day and I always get a strawberry açai with lemonade and an ice green tea with the ice on the side. When I pulled up to the window my order was about $10 which is fine I enjoy my drinks! I paid and the girl handed me my strawberry açai and the green tea, the green tea was half empty ( I get the same thing everyday and never had this issue ) so I asked her why it was half full and she said because I didn't get ice I don't get a full drink so i told her to take it back and I wanted a refund as I was not paying $5 for half a drink when I get the same thing everyday and it is never half full and mind you the green tea is only water and green tea so technically she could have just added water and it would have been fine as I get no sugar in it. Then I take my strawberry açai and leave to find out it was made with water not lemonade. I was very disappointed with this experience. We pay good money for good drinks and it's upsetting when I spend $10 on 2 drinks and get a half full drink and the other one not...

I loathe walking in to any Starbucks. Theyâre often loud and obnoxious environments.
You get yelled a HELLO the instant you walk in, compelling you to respond. Itâs oppressive, inconsiderate, and unnecessary.
Really what is that all about? What if I lost my job, or was up all night because I just lost a loved one?
Also when a Starbucks gets busy, the patrons are often standing around aimlessly, are loud, and often pretentious.
I feel for anyone working in service/retail, and I want to support their role. But I donât want to walk in to a party or a playground.
I just want speedy service and some dutifully courteous intent. If Iâm in the mood for more than that could you simply allow me...
