Monaco Shawarma — Restaurant in Ontario

Update: Super happy with my shawarma bowls, lately! This is definitely my go to middle eastern restaurant and the best chicken shawarma in the city! I’m obsessed! 😍😍👏👏

Everything is really delicious and it’s my favourite shawarma bowls that I’ve found so far trying to replace my favourite shawarma place closing (Miss Shawarma on Ouellette 😢😢). My one complaint is that I often find pieces of gristle in my chicken shawarma bowl and it kind of turns me off of the bowls which is too bad because otherwise, they’re perfect. (Also, idk if it was just the time I was in there, but their menus slide by too quickly to read for more than a couple seconds so pulling up the menu photos from google is probably the best way...

Last time I went to Monaco was when it was on Dougall. Stopped by during lunch hour with a colleague on the 1st of December and the staff nailed it.

They were getting an influx of online orders as they were working hard on getting the orders ready, but it didnt stop then in greeting everyone coming in.

We got 3 different large sandwiches. 2 chicken shawarma and one tawook. Very well packed sandwich. The meat was wet and juicy. Very fresh meat for a shawarma. Very good shawarma. Great size! Kept it traditional with the pickles garlic and French fries. I enjoyed it.

This place I'd say is one of the few good shawarma places in Windsor.

Food is too salty Food is too sorrow Food portion sizes are way too less as compared to other places Served burnt meat. Price is high compared to food quality and volume

So worse food, If you know the real taste of kebab, then this is the worst version of it.

Dont waste your money. They have no idea what they are selling.
