Worst workers at this Tims. Starting now I'm going to attempt to actively avoid this location all together and just take a few extra minutes to go to the other location 5 minutes away who seemed to have received better training then the workers at this location. The first few bad times you can let go because it's usually small and you never know if it's someone's first day/first time. But jeez the problems I've run into here.
First one night they refused money because it was a bill and they "couldn't take bills" no other explanation. it was a $10 bill. Absolutely nothing wrong with it and I've never had such a small bill rejected before. Used it at a different location the very next day, no problem what so ever. Unsure of what the problem was at all at the Huron location, but it kinda shocks me they act like they've never come across a Canadian $10 bill before.
Couple days ago, I bought breakfast sandwhich for the day at work, and when I arrived to work to discover i was given a moldy English muffin. (Unable to attach my photo).I was furious because it was plain as day visible and how do you just serve that knowingly? I as well had no time to turn back around to get a replacement leaving me without my meal. When i called to let the location know about what had happened, the person who answered the phone and took my complaint made me feel like she was calling me a liar when she told me she was "looking at the English muffins here and they are fine.". Only after getting upset then was it offered to me to make it right on my next vist (which I can give them, they did the next day.). I was still left un easy so I've been getting my breakfasts at other places for awhile. Decided to try them again once more today for my favorite item a tea. Which is difficult to mess up if you just take the order right, which he did. It was repeated back to me and I read it on the screen correctly. 2 Milk 1 sugar. Only again to discover while drinking it at work that it started to taste off very quickly. Checked inside the cup and discovered my order was somehow made incorrectly after being repeated back to me, correctly. 0 milk, 1 sugar. As others have said, thanks for nothing. This last issue is a very small human error. But it's the last for me that I will accept. I'm done with this location and done paying for shitty service, and wasting money on inedible food. This morning, (Saturday, August 23) around 9:30 AM, I placed an order at the counter which included: • 10 Honey Dip Timbits • 1 Everything Bagel with Hash Brown and Chipotle Sauce • 1 Medium Double-Double Coffee • 1 Medium Black Coffee with 1 Sugar
I paid $13.06 for this order.
The staff member who took my order was a thin Arabic girl wearing a hijab (I don’t know her name). The first issue was that she only gave me one coffee and said it was a Double-Double. When I reminded her that I had also ordered a Black Coffee with 1 sugar, she argued that she only placed one coffee in the order. Instead of correcting it, she dismissed it, and I decided not to argue further.
When I reached my workplace, I discovered that the coffee she handed me as a “Double-Double” was actually just Black Coffee with no cream or sugar. To make matters worse, the bagel I ordered with only Chipotle Sauce had some additional white cream spread, which I never asked for.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for items I did not receive, and the items I did get were incorrect. This kind of service is careless, unprofessional, and very disappointing.
I feel that I wasted my money and trust today. I request that you take this matter seriously, investigate the incident, and ensure this does not happen again to me or any other customer.

Read moreThis tim hortons has the slowest and laziest late afternoon staff. They didnt have any coffee brewed for there dinning area. As well as they took for ever to make simple orders... the service is horrible. I jad to tray my three coffees and remind them of the 2 over priced muffins... another day another 15 min wait and being skipped over. The lack of service here is way below expectations... like for real i come to this tim hortons at least 3 times aday and honestly cant wait till the mcdonalds opens up down the street...... 8 months later walk in to get a morning coffee. 5 people working in the store this morning 4 on drive thru and 1 on sandwiches. When 1 person realized i was there she came over started by saying how can I help you. And had to go and help the 3 people already in drive thru and i had to wait. So is thee a joke how many tim hortons workers does it take to work drive thru. This is the worst service ever if there were something closer to me i wouls never go here... Today is june 3rd 2023 they advertise on the front of there store they are open 24 hours.
