Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Ontario

I agree with the last guy about the reviews being fake. This location just overcharged me and refused to give a refund.

Being a student i tried to get the spc deal and was told A) the deal only applies if you get a bottle B) otherwise you get a dollar off C) no deal if you get a 6inch

Completely out of line from what the deal is in the spc app.

Ok so I got the foot long to save a dollar and I asked for the receipt. First the girl working did not want to give it to me but after being persistent she did. I noticed she overcharged me. My combo was for 2 cookies + a drink for $2.59. She charged me $1.59 for the can, $1.49 for the cookies. THEN gave me a dollar off for a total savings of 50 cents. I asked for my 50 cents back and the store refused.

Cookies were stale, sub was bare. I will not go back.

Sad part is they know they’re ripping you off.. when I confronted them they started talking in Punjabi not realizing that I understood every word. They were explaining what was done, what I was complaining about and how to try to make a fool out of me

What is really sad is I boycotted this place due to staff not following hygenic practices (tying back hair/having a net for beards etc) after finding hair in my sub. Though I did not have hair in my sub this time, this experience and the absolute lack of the restaurant caring about their intentional mistake has turned me off the mr Sub brand as a whole.

Priceless line from the staff: “Vat? You are wanting both combo discount and dollar off sub?!?!”

Yes... this is how its supposed to be. Then I show the promotion details and they go quiet.

2 minutes later they try convincing me how the additional charge is tax and how The charges are valid.

Gr8 food, solid service BUT!!!!!!!!!

You know when you walk into a nail salon and you get that first initial assault on your senses from the sheer amount of chemicals being used in the room but then you sorta get used to it after a minute. If you walk into this Mr Sub at the perfect time where they are cleaning the floors you will receive that same assault on your senses from the cleaners they use on their floors but in this place the assault doesn't stop after a few minutes. I lasted about 5 mins before I could feel a headache coming on and couldn't stand trying to hold my breath or breath through my mouth. I had to leave and have my girlfriend finish the order who wasn't in much better shape than I was but was more of a trooper than me.

Dear owners of the Belleville Mr Sub: Please buy some Pine-sol and throw out whatever industrial paint remover you're using on your floors. I can send you a link on Amazon where you can order normal non-toxic floor clear...

I went back again and they made me another awesome, jam packed sub, like it was LOADED with toppings. Now that's how u do it!

Ordered an assorted sub. It was jam packed with anything I wanted and I really enjoyed it. Very fast and very friendly. I would recommend the location and food. I've never been there before and I drove out of my way past the other closer sub restaurant and it was worth it and this is why...

I was in line at the subway restaurant and another customer who works in Life Labs walks in and kept getting way too close for comfort to me and I had to ask her to stand back more and I decided I would never go back to this location because it has a Life Labs next door to it.🤢 Like stand back, and respect social distancing especially if u work at Life Labs.
