I used to go here every week for nearly a year. It was OK food, the only minor annoyance was the shrinking portion sizes and that the place was closed at random days. After left so much money there I thought I was on good terms, and was valued as a customer. Then the owner son- who seems to manage the place now- showed their true colors, that they are using every moment to squeeze an extra cent out of you. Second last time I was there they ran out of my ordered dish, and the kid suggested that he could supplement with half from another curry. I am usually not fuzzy, so no big deal- I didn't dispute. Then last time I was there, I said that was a pretty good combo- combining the two dishes, could you make that again? The answer was: sure that will be $2 extra! - What? Why? - Because you are combining- I told him politely to please be reasonable, there is no real reason to charge me more. Take one scoop from there and one from the other one. Doesn't cost you any extra, not any extra effort, and you will keep a long-standing customer happy. I also pointed out how I didn't ask for a discount when he forced this option on me the last time. He couldn't answer with any logic as to why he was charging me more, just repeating that I wanted a combination of two (with identical price) dishes. Answering like a Trump, no need to give logical reasons, just try to squeeze every last cent you can out of your customers...
Needless to say I am not coming...
Read moreI very much like this place. Be aware! The spicy food its just that. Spicy! Personally I love spicy food, so I surely had a great time. I'd very much recommend the "Eat In Special". It's 8.99 for Rice, Samosa, Vegetable Curry, Chicken Curry, Pakora, and Naan. The naan is great because it's not just a slab of bread, they put it through some kind of oven machine to make it all nice and warm and fluffy. This deal is a steal. 8.99 for a whole lunch or dinner! The staff is very friendly, and very nice. Personally, I had a great time. I'll be sure to return whenever I have a few bucks to spend. The samosas are amazing and great as well. Normally I don't like rice but theirs is amazing. Personally, I love the spicy coconut chicken curry. With the eat in special, you can get that in it! Indian/Pakistani food has always been something I've enjoyed, but never have had a convenient way to have. Now, I know of a great, low price, high quality place in the mall! The staff is friendly, The good is always fresh and hot, there is good seating, the food is low cost, what more could you want? My satisfaction is immeasurable, and my day...

The owner on the other hand makes me feel bad for the employee who works there. The other day I ordered some fries. The staff asked me if I wanted any sauces. So I said I want garlic and chipotle. The owner saw it and started scolding him, as I was leaving. I don’t know it’s the owner’s personality or what. I really felt bad.
Edit: I went today (almost after a month of the incident) just to visit my old workplace. The owner came to me and said “You should not put such negative reviews. God is watching”. I told him I know God is watching and affirmed him I just left an honest review from what I saw. He started saying “You are not allowed here! GET LOST!”
I wish the best of luck to these types of people that “respects” their customer’s reviews and feedbacks like this.
P.S. I was regular customer for almost 6 months, when I used to work in the area.
The owner is such an amazing person in disrespecting customers with...
