Original 2 Pizzas — Restaurant in Ontario

Tried Original 2 Pizzas last night. Tried to call and order, got a partial order in before line went down however they had my phone number. No one phoned back. Decided to drive and order in person instead.

Original 2 Pizza had a customer appreciation “deal” of 6.99 for a medium one topping. They explained how busy they were and that they stopped answering the phone. They were right, they were very busy when I arrived. I didn’t make a fuss of it.

I ordered 3 medium pizzas, two with extra sauce. I was not allowed to add garlic crust to this pizza because of the “deal”. Waited about 45 min, they were nice enough to call when the order was ready.

These pizza’s had the absolute bare minimum of toppings and sauce I’ve ever experienced from ordering pizza. None of my pizzas received the “extra sauce” I ordered. The cheese was so light, sauce so dry and pepperoni so bare it was like I ordered 3 medium breads. This is the pizza showcased on “customer appreciation” night. At this point it was just maddening I wasted that time and spent $30 on such a low effort, crummy waste of a meal.

By far the worst pizza in Chatham and actually the worst I have had from any pizza joint. I still can’t believe this cost me...

I ordered here for my son's birthday party on Saturday, December 28. I haven't ordered from here in years, not because I don't like the place, there are just other places I prefer.

What brought me here this time is the usual places I order from aren't open until 3pm which wasn't helpful for our afternoon birthday party.

I came in a couple hours before I wanted the pizza so they could have a heads up for the large order. The young lady who took my order was friendly and helpful and helped me get the most for my pizza dollar.

When I came back later, I walked out the door with 3 large pizzas with 3 toppings each and 4 medium 1 topping pizzas for $77. I was feeding 20 people.

The pizza was a hit at the party, several people asked where it was from so they may have a few new orders in the future. The pizza was just how I remembered it from years ago....

I grew up always ordering from this place. I normally love it. But they are rude!

This is the second time ordering from them online that they havent delivered in over an hour and half and tried to blame me for not answering the door or phone when they DIDNT CALL or DIDNT BUZZ. When I tried to bring it up to the manager he tried to prove me wrong. Hello, but accept your mistake. Don't tell me the driver is upset that he has to go back.

Last time they forgot my order, then said I never confirmed it when I was looking right at it on my screen and then served me a caesar salad that I ordered with expired dressing by...
