We have already visited twice since they opened. Staff were wonderful, service was quick and presentation was great!

Very happy with their bubble tea selection. Many choices for "toppings" from jellies, tapioca pearls, bobas, popping bobas, fruit, red bean and more. $1 per topping is standard, I've had plenty of bubble teas in my lifetime!

I was most excited about the banh mi sandwiches as there's nowhere between London and Windsor (that I'm aware of?) to get one. The subs are overpriced compared to a traditional viet sub place, I'd normally order half a dozen to a dozen at a time to bring home for the family, but my first sub here (#1 with extra pate & pickled veggies) was delicious. Very fresh! Prices as expected from a franchise so I didn't remove a star.

A recommendation to the owners: please post a list of your "toppings" on the front counters for customers to look at while waiting in line. It's hard to see the toppings display case when the register is crowded. We noticed it also holds up your line when customers are left to choose their toppings only at the time of ordering because they couldn't see what was available beforehand.

We’ve only had great experiences every time, whether delivery OR in-person. Delivery through Skip the Dishes: felt safely prepared & delivered AND came in a cool, reusable, thermal bag! 👌 In-person: Pleasantly surprised with the size, layout AND more options than we even imagined! It’s really pretty inside and has comfortable seating. But the service? Even better! EACH time! Everyone working there is attentive, kind, patient and accommodating! The food was tasty (have had the chicken, breakfast, waffle fries, sweet potato fries and sandwich so far.. and will be back!) Tonight I was ‘that person’ and needed some help finding a drink with no sweeteners or dairy & the young lady helping me actually took her time and I didn’t feel like I was an inconvenience, or ‘just a number’! Each time we go, we definitively know.. we’ll be back! (Plus their drinks? Are out of this world!! Even the sugary ones when I could have them! Haha ..the teas, the coffees & lattes, the bobas, the slushes.. So many options.. and so soooo...

It's awesome to see a legit bubble tea brand in town. Recommend my fave, the brown sugar, boba latte. Finally, on my third visit, the food was available. Loads of options, although fish, shrimp, and waffles are not available yet. Rooster crispy chicken was tasty, moist inside and crispy outside. Comes with an edgy, honey mustard, in-store dipping sauce. Yum. The first Banh Mi pork sandwich in five years since leaving the GTA was good.. Crusty bun with all the veggies and sauce inside. Had to pull out some of the Cilantro, though, as it wasn't chopped fine and a little too much. Nice clean, bright dining space with an Asian cafe touch of some board games to play whilst popping in for a drink. Has my vote for a repeat visit. 15% off food on Jun 5-15. I vote they add Pho, and I will be a...
