First time trying this food and I decided to try their Pho. Without a doubt the worst I've ever had. They shouldn't even be calling this Pho. Tasted like Campbell's beef broth with a pile of noodles. If you're going to run an Asian fusion or inspired restaurant, you might want to do some research into what you're actually putting on your menu. There was two slivers of carrots and one sliver of green pepper and cabbage for some strange reason. Anybody who eats Pho would easily be able to tell you that there should be fresh basil on the side as well as bean sprouts, lime, hoisin sauce as well as sriracha or some type of chili sauce. There was none of this. They took the noodles a handful of overcooked beef and stuck it all inside of what I can only describe as Campbell's beef broth and tried to pass that off as Pho. Not to mention I got this as a takeout dish and any Asian restaurant I have ever visited in the past and gotten soup as a takeout dish, they have been smart enough to separate the broth from all the other ingredients. Are the time I got it home. The mountain of noodles that they stuck into the broth had soaked up 90% of it and so it was like eating a giant pile of mushy noodles with very overcooked rubbery beef. Very disappointed and to anybody who thinks that this place has great soup needs to go somewhere where they make real Pho. But be careful if you do. Your brain might explode from the amazing experience of flavors. Definitely a single star experience, but this is what I've come to expect of 90% of the...
Read moreDelicious food, very personalized service. We were greeted as soon as we came in and were given corn tea. The server was very helpful with answering questions about menu items and recommended the Soondubu Jjigae (Tofu Stew) without the pork when I asked for a vegetarian suggestion.
Everybody in our group of 6 enjoyed their meals. The Tofu Stew was delicious. I asked for mild spice and it was just right (though I do think it was quite spicy, but I loved it, just know that if you aren't super big on spice you'd probably want to go with extra mild). The broth was delicious and the tofu was the perfect texture.
Portion sizes are good, prices are fair, especially for freshly prepared food. The chef came out and checked on us during our meal. The server gave very attentive service as well. The cinnamon tea at the end was also delicious.
The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. The atmosphere inside is lovely as well. Clean, with a good amount of seating. Is good for casual dining, but also if you want a nice place to go out for a date or special event.

Read moreThis was our first time trying this place and we arrived during a busy night and took the last table for four. We ordered the pork bone soup, don Katsu and chicken udon. My husband and I grew up in Toronto and regularly visited Korean town during our university years and eat Korean food regularly. We both agreed that the pork bone soup is the best we have had. The don Katsu and chicken udon were good and large servings. We would have preferred the sauce on the side for the don Katsu and will ask for that next time. The owner is extremely welcoming and takes the time to talk to each table making sure people are happy. The older lady in the kitchen was so nice. The only reason I gave 4/5 is for the service, the server was friendly but clearly overwhelmed with all the tables. Owner was helping her out. We arrived at a very busy time right when other tables sat down. Service throughout the dinner was slow and took about 15 minutes for the bill and machine. Eventually we gave up waiting for the machine and paid cash (we cashed out at the same time a table of 12 asked for...
