Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Ontario

Ordered extra large pizza online when I went to pick it up there was only one register and a girl trying to do a phone order. I wanted to pay with cash so I had to wait for the phone order to be complete. Another girl placed my pizza on the counter and then had to take over the phone order because the other girl was having problems entering the delivery address into the register. After waiting for quite some time to pay for my order I asked the girl to please put my pizza back under the lights because it was getting cold just sitting on the counter waiting to pay. While I patiently wait the other girl comes back to the counter and takes my pizza and puts back on the counter not before she almost dropped the box on the floor. I’m still waiting to pay and my pizza is once again getting cold. Then when I am finally able to pay they take my cash and short change me. When I ask where the rest of my change is she takes the change back and gives me even less !!! Finally after I tell her she has now short changed me for a 2nd time and I have to tell her how much to give me back I get the correct change. After I talk to the so called “ manager “ he tells me that it was “ human error “ and that they have to do the math in their head !! He tried to tell me that their cash register is not like any other register and it doesn’t tell them the correct amount of change to give the customer. I was very disappointed in the pizza here (Highbury & Huron). We had a work function and ordered a BBQ chicken pizza from the Oxford & Wharncliffe location. It was sooo good - like the best pizza I have ever had. Later, I convinced my boyfriend to try this pizza (he’s not really a pizza lover). We got it from Huron and Highbury which is closer to our home. After opening the box, it didn’t even look the same. It was flatter and over cooked. It did not taste nearly as good as the one we had at work. It had half the cheese and because it was flat and over cooked all you could taste was crust. (Which I also couldn’t dip in the dip because it was too hard). I can’t really order from the other location as it out of our delivery area. Not sure how 2 pizzas from the chain can be...

I recently visited Papa John's pizza in London and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store. In comparison to other pizza places I've visited in the area, this store was exceptionally neat and tidy.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff members who welcomed me with a warm smile. They patiently repeated the menu items to ensure that I had all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

I ended up ordering a pepperoni pizza, and it did not disappoint. The taste was delicious, and the pizza was made with high-quality ingredients.
