Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ontario

I have ordered from this Pizza Hut using Uber eats on multiple occasions and every single time they fail to get my order right. I’m not sure if the staff are just not paying attention to the orders or if this specific location sells out of items and replaces them with the “next best thing”, but even if that’s the case they should send a notice and offer the customer a replacement or refund like every other establishment in Kingston does. This is extremely frustrating as I’d rather my money back than something I don’t want/possibly allergic to but oh well I guess you can’t expect good service from everywhere. I normally love Pizza Hut so it is not my intention to bash on the company I just hope that this review reaches the right people so we can see some change when situations...

Today we treated ourselves to two large pizzas from Pizza Hut—a Triple Crown and a Pepperoni Lovers—and it was nothing short of amazing!

The Triple Crown was loaded with perfectly seasoned pepperoni, mushrooms, and green peppers, all on a golden, pan crust that had just the right crisp. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the toppings were generous and evenly spread.

The Pepperoni Lovers was exactly what the name promises—an absolute dream for pepperoni fans. Stacked high with layers of spicy, savory goodness, it was rich, satisfying, and paired perfectly with the melty cheese and signature sauce.

This place deserves no stars. After watching me struggle with a faulty gift card, the staff offered no solution, compensation or anything. They just let me leave crying with no food or any information on how to make this issue better. I've been ignored by support staff. Maybe it's because I don't share the same skin complexion as the workers, because they seemed to enjoy mocking me in their language rather than say something to my face in English. Unacceptable! I'm ashamed to have even wanted to consider this hole for food in the first place. No one else better have problems because they'll most likely be left with the same service I received....
