I’ve been ordering tiffin from Pramukh Food and Catering for the past four months, and I can confidently say their taste and service have been consistently exceptional. As someone who comes from a family with a food catering background in India, I truly appreciate quality, hygiene, and flavour and Pramukh checks all the boxes.
Every meal feels like it’s been cooked with care, just like at home. Whether you’re a working professional, student, or simply someone craving homemade Indian food, this is hands-down the best option in London. The portion sizes are generous, the food is always fresh, and there's a beautiful balance of spices ,never too oily or heavy, just right.
One thing I really admire is how seriously they take customer feedback and preferences. They’re responsive, accommodating, and genuinely care about ensuring each customer is satisfied. That level of commitment is rare and truly commendable.
They’ve not only managed to deliver delicious meals but also built trust and consistency, which is everything when you’re relying on someone daily for your food.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking for authentic, homely, and reliable Indian meals. Pramukh isn’t just a tiffin service, it’s comfort...

They are a fast food restaurant located on Richmond St, and King St. They serve Indian cuisine.
Butter Milk ($2.25) This beverage tasted like extremely sour yogurt. It had some spices in it as well. However, this wasn’t what I expected. The more I drank it, the more it grew on me. Rating: 7.5/10.
Paneer Paratha ($5.59) The paratha came with one piece. The paratha was next-level yummy. Paratha is India’s version of flatbread and is commonly made from whole wheat flour. Paneer is the most popular cheese in India and is loved for its mild flavour and firm texture. A fun fact: paneer does not melt when cooked, which allows it to maintain its shape. Rating: 8.8/10.
Vadapav (two pieces, 6.25) In Mumbai, people eat this as street food. “Vada” refers to the spicy potato fritter and usually incorporates spices and herbs; the bun in which it is served is called “pav,” and today my pavs were buttered. The vada should be golden brown when done. My Vadapavs were accompanied by two battered green chilies on the side. Rating 8.5/10.

Vadapav (8.8/10). Tasted kind of like a burger and was one. Fatty, oily, and buttery which made it delicious. Came with a hot sauce that was good and provided a little heat.
Vegetarian Thali (8.7/10). 4 types of curry. Lots of chapatis and rice chips? (Forgot the name) to dip with and gulab jamen. Might be my favourie thali dish I've had so far.
Debali (7.6/10). Bean like filling on a Bun like a burger similar to vadapav. Not as good as vadapav, but good.
The server was very nice and paced our orders. He also gave us Buttermilk for free to try which was the best I've ever had. Not my thing since I didn't order it, but you can order it.
My only complaint is the vibe is not very homey or welcoming as you walk in. There was no cutlery or napkins on the table which was unusual and we had to grab plastic red solo cups for drinks and paper towels for napkins off the counter. This place does catering to students, but if it altered it's vibe it could cater more to different crowds and do even better business.
Will return and try...
