Quo Vadis Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ontario

I can not recommend this spot for reasonably sized parties. Our party of 11 adults and two small children attended this evening. Service was VERY slow, and it seemed that smaller tables are given priority (multiple smaller parties that arrived after our group, were served AND finished their food before we were served). Initially, salad and a couple appetizers for the table arrived in reasonable time, however our party waited well over an hour for our food to arrive after ordering our main dishes. The food was good, although the meal was tainted by the excessive wait time. One member of the group waited an additional 15 minutes for their meal after the food finally arrived - some members of the group were already finished by the time he received his meal. While waiting for our meals, one member of the group went up toward the kitchen area and asked about our meals. He was told that our table arrived at the same time as another large group hence the delay (this was dismissive, and untrue - our group arrived about 20-30 minutes prior to the other). In summary, if you have a smaller group I’m sure you would likely be fine, however if you have a party larger than 4-6, you will be better...

Handmade mozzarella sticks were delish, bruschetta was ok. Brought my salad with the apps and before we had each finished one piece of the apps, our entrees arrived. I commented that is was awfully fast and received no reply. ‘Garlic mash’ looked and tasted like powdered, chicken picatta was good. Fish and chips was a plentiful plate, but for $18.95, it better be ! My ‘Roma pasta’ would have been good hot, but it came warm and sat while I ate my salad. The chicken bits in the pasta were horrible- dry and grizzly. Service flat out sucked ! Got 3 of 4 beverages at first, barely looked at us while we ordered and never checked on us during the meal. Didn’t clear empty platters or plates (and the table was overflowing with them). Had to ask 2 people before we got ketchup to accompany my 8 yr olds French fries and didn’t have a pleasant word until we were paying. Little too little a little too late. And after all that, over $100 for 2 adults and an 8 yr old - ( no alcohol) ridiculous !! We won’t be going back - esp since this is our 2nd poor...

First time I had even been here an I thought it was great. We had the mozzarella sticks with marinara they wer e full of flavor and not some heavily salted processed crap the marinara was fresh flavored maybe fresh made from the basic ingredients. I had the slap in the face panzerotti which just seeing it made me drool, it was full of FRESH cheese, spinach, mushrooms, meat and roasted red peppers. Me being the dumb ass couldn't stop eating it even after I was full it had so many awesome flavours that I couldn't stop. The waitress was gracious and welcomed us with a smile so all in all I'll be back and next time I'm bringing reinforcements (friends). The cooks obviously know their craft. I see it the reviews that there was a few negatives but "You can please some people some of the time but never please all the people all the time" so I'd say judge...
