Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

Horrible customer service. Ordered online and said it would take 15-20 mins. No problem. Ordered in the parking lot. Got a text 10 mins later saying order was ready for pick up.Then we go to the drive thru to pick up order NOPE rudly told that they cannot give order through drive thru need to go inside. Okay, then I go inside to pick up my order, and my order was not even ready. I was told next time I should come inside and order because they text you to come in and then they make your food. I was told that they do it that way so the food is not sitting there for an hour. I am not impressed. Any other fast food restaurants let you go through drive thru if you order over the phone or online line, and when your told your order is ready it is ready. Very very disappointed. When we do an order it is not a $20 we spend anywhere from $45-$70. Will not...

Typical Taco Bell. They are usually busy. Don't fret if you are a picky eater or have an order from one. They are great at customizing orders and to fit your picky pallet. No chives. No tomato. No problem. They even replace meat with rice and beans for that rabbit diet you be eating.

The staff that work here are a mix of new and familiar faces. They are all great and do their best to make sure your experience is superb. That one lovely lady on drive thru has some songs on Spotify. WHAT? That's fresh...like the ingredients used in the many Tex mex inspired items on their plentiful menu. Some menu items sound like they were conceived in a stoner's munchie induced coma, but you droolin' though.

What a bad customer service experience I had today. My 4-years old daughter wants to eat fries at Taco Bell while sitting inside and I went there at sharp 9:40 pm and seen one person sitting and one person mopping and I knocked on door and my daughter also knocked and shouted loud but Niko one looked at door just ignored because they locked doors at no idea what time.and then I have to go drive through and order while my daughter crying because she wants to eat inside.
