CUSTOMER BEWARE DO NOT PLACE YOUR ORDER FROM RED SWAN ARGYLE MALL EAST: Think twice before placing an order here. They may not include the toppings you paid for, and there’s no clear policy stated on their website or app. You could end up with a pizza that’s not worth your money.
I have placed an online order #58224619 I’ve been a regular customer at Red Swan, but my recent experience was quite disappointing. The amount of paneer on the pizza was extremely minimal—just a few small cubes scattered across the entire pizza. Considering it’s a premium topping, I felt I didn’t receive the value I paid for.
When I called to raise my concern, the employee I spoke with (Maulik) was rude and dismissive. He offered no apology or attempt to resolve the issue, and instead responded with attitude, stating it was “company policy” to include a specific amount of toppings. However, there is no mention of this policy on the app or website, which makes it very frustrating from a customer standpoint.
I’m a regular customer, so I’m well aware of how their toppings and portions that they put on the pizza. As soon as I opened the pizza box and saw the issue, I immediately called the store. I hadn’t even taken a slice and offered to return the pizza just as it was. Throughout the call, I politely requested a replacement and said I was more than willing to bring the original back for exchange.
Instead of addressing the problem or offering a proper resolution, the staff repeatedly said, “We don’t replace pizzas,” and offered me 15% off my next order. Why would I place another order when this one wasn’t handled properly?
I’d rather support a local pizza place that actually values its customers. Disappointing service like this only loses loyal...

I was asked to wait 10 more minutes because the store was "out of dough" and they are just about to put my pizza in the oven. 13 min later they tell me they forgot to put the pizza in the oven and it will take 10 more minutes. They told me I won't get a refund if I cancel the order but fortunately I hadn't paid beforehand. The extra 15 min of wait cost me money because I got late at work and even after the wait they told me to wait more. Fortunately, I walked out and asked them to cancel the order. The worst customer service for a pizza store in the city. I was a regular weekly customer for over a year but I will no longer be visiting this store or chain.
Edit: I do understand Hindi and I heard one crew member talking to the other about my order and heard her talking that they forgot to put my order in the oven and it was sitting there...
Read moreVery friendly staff at the front counter. She was very patient and thorough in answering our questions about the new menu items. We ordered one of the new pizza bowls and it was great! Decent portion size for the price and the takeout container kept it piping hot all the way home and well after we finished unpacking the rest of our groceries (30 mins ish). I find with a lot of pizza places, the cheese gets kind of hard and gross as it cools down, and doesnt have any pull even when hot. This cheese was much better quality!! The sauce is flavorful and thick, and all of the meats packed a flavorful punch (No bland, lifeless pepperoni or ground beef here).
All of their other speciality pizzas I have tried are also amazing, although they have all been in a different city, but hopefully quality is consistent from store to store. As it seems to be with how good...
