Starbucks — Restaurant in Ontario

I ordered a drink that I have ordered before, I preordered, I walked in and I noticed my drink was made wrong. I hav only ordered it once before so I thought maybe I ordered it wrong( which I did not) as I am trying to explain to the male barista working this evening that maybe I ordered wrong and how can I order it next time correctly so they do not have to remake it, he cuts me off and tells me “ it’s fine I read it wrong” with so much attitude I was taken aback. I have never been talked to like that at a Starbucks before. He was extremely condescending. And Ofcourse he makes the drink wrong again. So this time I don’t say anything in fear of being talked to like I’m and idiot again. Which infuriated me especially since it’s a 10$ drink, I put the drink back on the counter. As I walked out I gave him a piece of my mind. I don’t know what kind of staff this Starbucks has and how the run their business but I come almost every day and will not be back. You make the drink wrong yet your giving me attitude. Waste of 10$ out of my hard earn money . Bad taste in...

Placed a mobile order yesterday for in store pick up, the app said that the wait time was 10 minutes. I came in a couple minutes early and waited at the pick up area. NO ONE acknowledge me or asked if they could help me, even after I tried to get the barista's attention multiple times. When I tried politely to get the baristas attention she ignored me and was very rude, I used to work customer service and I understand that you can't always be right ontop of everything with so much happening BUT that doesn't excuse ignoring customers. I waited a total of 15 minutes and finally walked over to the till when I was finally asked what they could do for me, finally my drinks were found at the drivethru window. They were so rude and I had waited a total of 25 minutes, should have went to the location on Cheapside always a positive experience there. CLEARLY very disorganized... I used to come here all the time and I'm not sure I would again after that...

I don’t come to this location regularly as I prefer the north locations mainly Masonville Mall, Indigo Book Store (beside Pet Smart), another one in the Masonville area just near Best Buy and the Fanshawe Park Road-Wonderland Road (with the No Frills-Shoppers Drug Mart plaza) there. It is the closest one to me if I am in the east side of the city. They got my drinks correctly and I have never got a mistake from here. It is not the busiest Starbucks location than the ones at Masonville Mall nor the one inside Indigo Book Store. More cleaner and has a restroom including the drive through even it is a bit narrow as it is not a big plaza. It is also a great walking distance for anyone who lives at the east end within a few kilometres. It is a good Starbucks location as I can say for the east end. Will visit back again if I am not in the north side...
