It is a decent Burger King at the east end of London, Ontario. But the thing is. The whoppers matches its standard, and best if they have a promotion. Their coffee is somewhat decent, but it is best to buy it elsewhere as I prefer Starbucks just across the road, but I recommend the Starbucks inside Indigo Book Store the one beside Pet Smart across from Masonville Mall. I would not recommend their coffee. Their chicken fries are good, but I think the drawbacks is their rest room. You need a code from the staffs to have access to it, but when I went in. It looks unclean and not been updated. I will not keep pumping a lot of money for this, and fast food is getting too expensive with inflation. I got the 2 hamburgers for $9; which is a better value from their promotion. The fountain drinks is not refillable. The reason why I come to Burger King is because I am in the east end of the city. I come here for something small; when I finished shopping at Toys’R’Us and Canadian Tire. A lot of fast food at the east end of the city is not always the best quality even the East Side Mario’s at this location across from them either. The best Burger King is the new location on Wonderland Road at the plaza just across from Sir Frederick Banting Secondary School. I should have gone to Mary Brown’s across the street or on Sunningdale Road. Not wasting my money I earn hard for to be gone like that. If you want better East Side Mario’s; go to the one across from Masonville Mall near RBC (Royal Bank of Canada). This is my last time coming here for now until they improved. I might as well eat somewhere else. I would rather eat Five Guys and a Burger the one near Masonville.
EDIT: Correcting errors of grammar mistakes. I would say, it is okay service and food is decent. They need more on restocking chicken and other items on the menu as they are sold out. I prefer a different Burger King location the one on Wonderland Road; which is the newest location in London, Ontario on Sherwood...
Read moreThis is like the fourth week in a row that we have gone in there for lunch and our order is not correct. Eventually, they get it but why does it have to be such a hassle? What the hell it’s a whopper they must make 1 million of them. There is a man who works there during the day and I do believe that he may be challenged probably and he’s worked there for a very long time and as of late every time we go in there is one particular coworker/manager who seems to call him out on anything except doing a great job. He has been there a long time and I think that he deserves to be treated better. everyone knows who he is. Everyone knows what the issues are so come on Burger King employees do better.!!!!! I would like to know why whether I am in restaurant or at drive-through they never ever give me the receipt and if I ask for it, they make a major production out of it. They do give me this order paper, but it does not have prices or a proper receipt payment, etc. why is that such a difficult task for everyone who works there? Why does it have to be a production because I ask for a receipt and they get all flustered? Why is it? There’s no contact us that’s readily available to go above and beyond the store level because clearly it’s in store issues and it’s not every Burger King but it certainly is this one.
Burger King customers deserve better and so do the employees if they’re not doing a good job training them to do it correctly don’t stand there and yell at them or get agitated or do whatever it is you do when you walk around the corner and slap your hand on the counter back there Just do better...
Read moreNot a great experience this time. :( Food was lukewarm, fries were flat and onion rings were soggy, as if it just came out the microwave. I asked for two combos, one with onion rings "fresh off the broiler" and a Coke and a Fanta but got different drinks. I mean I paid my money I should at least get fresh food even if it's at a fast food level. I do believe Burger King has a standard and I am suppose to get my food as expected, I mean I have before, so I can only conclude that the person who is responsible for taking the order and the person who makes sure the customer receives the order correctly is responsible. Today, the two 2 young females who served me seemed distracted, the impression I got from them seemed as if they were too good to work at Burger King and more concerned about their hair and nails..... very prissy. Would have been better customer service If they paid a little more attention on the order, like get my drinks right and replace the fries and onion rings when they expire, then I wouldn't have to write this review on how much they disappointed the franchise. Really, I don't care what you look like, I just want my Whopper....hot. Listen, we have to trust you, who knows what goes on back there in the kitchen but at the very least can you two people just make sure the order is right and the food is to Burger Kings standard. Anyhow, I believe the drive thru is where I get the worst service, I guess they figure I'll be too far away to turn back to get my order corrected, as it was the case this...
