Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House — Restaurant in Ontario

We are a family of 5. 1st time July 28/24. The food was excellent, BUT the kids orange juice are so small for the price. They didn't even look like cups. They looks like small sized (to go) dish with a drink lid. Our waitress was wonderful despite how busy she was. We made sure to tip her nicely with cash. I highly recommend the Spinach crepes with hashbrowns. Absolutley delicious.

3-4 people managing the front door, despite how very busy it was and 1 polishing the front door.

Unfortunately no one came to remove empty cups , the table got crowded so I stacked them myself along with the garbage to keep our table neat. It would be helpful with someone could go around just asking if there is any thing needing to be removed when tables look crowded.

The big disappointment was at the back next to the bathrooms. 1 older Male person, I'm assuming a manager..because he came around 1 time from the bathrooms in the 30-40 mins we there there, to tell a waitress what to do and then he went back to the bathrooms to spend more time on his cellphone with camera open faceing the bathrooms. All the bathrooms are single bathrooms. There was no need to manage bathrooms for any reason. No woman or woman with children want a man with a cellphone in hand watching the bathrooms 😡(angry face) I didn't like it and neither did my husband when he took our son to the bathroom. We were both creeped out!!!!! This is the reason we won't be back.

We enjoyed our food, tipped our waitress well with cash because she, herself did a lovely job even with being busy.😘 The Resturant as busy as it was was buzzing with happy people eating...

Horrible experience with the staff. I wanted to use restroom unfortunately it was the closest store where parked my car but staff said we just cleaned washrooms can’t allow you to use. The way the reply was weird. So I am requesting don’t go there for your personal needs except food you people like it . I was thinking to get something also now never ever . For more customers they need to change their mindset . They treat me as they treat back-home. There are some rules & regulations . Views they just buy from for their own reputation. STAY AWAY & STAY SAFE ! Horrible service Attitude they had was unbelievable worst . Stop working at those place where you don’t know how to treat your customers. God bless you!

Tomorrow if you come in hospital i am going to reply same though a nurse job is to save life not their shift if its done. Then don’t blame medical system is not great here . Just because of you people whole community reputation zero I am sorry to went in wrong store I thought its for public service. Still saying change your attitude its better for your business. However, the pancakes fell short in flavor, lacking the expected taste and leaving a rather bland impression. Similarly, the Texas toast was average at best. Regrettably, the $14.99 price tag did not align with the overall experience.

My disappointment persisted with the Turkey Bacon Benedict. Despite perfectly poached eggs and a sufficient serving of homefries, the English muffin failed to meet expectations, lacking the desired toastiness. The turkey bacon also failed to impress in terms of taste. At $16.99, this dish felt like an unjustifiable expense.
