Kind of mediocre spot and somewhat overpriced.
Seven curry fish balls for $9 is not it value wise, and the curry was almost an oil and less of a sauce.
No concept of food timing at all, my partner's pork cutlet bowl came out almost 15 minutes after my noodles.
Instant noodles with the satay beef for overcooked and the satay flavour was just ok and not particularly strong.
Pork cutlet bowl comes with barely a single pork cutlet and while the flavour of it was fine, the bread bowl itself was not great, sort of chewy and didn't pair that well with the rice.
Also missing what I consider to be HK cafe staples like beef tongue or Portuguese chicken rice.
Service was meh, waitress didn't even ask us if we spoke Mandarin before she started talking to us, and we had to remind her to bring us a box for our leftovers after she forgot.
Likely won't...
Read moreIf I could give this place 0 I would. Super low quality ingredients and very unauthenic, looks like the food was made by a child using the cheapest cheese and meats. I got the baked pork chop on rice with cheese and tomato sauce, a staple in HK cuisine and they could not have messed it up more. No sauce at all and looks like they just melted cheap Kraft cheese on meat and rice while being super greasy as well. The bolognese spaghetti my friend ordered sucked and was flooded with oil. It had a very unappetizing presentation as it looked like there was more oil rather than sauce. Portions are not of typical HK cuisine and menu is very limited. Avoid at all costs, head up to Markham if you want a proper experience. Please avoid!!, this...

To start, its oily as heck. From the noodle soup to the baked pork chop with cheese, its oil. Usually with the baked pork chop dish it consist of a thicker tomato sauce that binds to the spaghetti as experienced from the ones I’ve eaten at in markham. The price for a drink is also a little out of my range, being 6.99 minimum for a drink and no combo options like usual hong kong places.
I feel as though this establishment definitely has some good dishes but definitely not like the classic HK staples such as ketchup baked porkchop or satay beef vermecelli noodles...
