I visit this place regularly may be once a month , I would say the food quality is reasonable compared to the price , the atmosphere is normal can’t say unforgettable experience. But yesterday I was there was my small family , and let me tell you the service was significantly horrible .Waiters have a very serious face with no smile at all ,they make you feel that you are unwelcome. I had to call them more than once for water or napkins but they hardly answer , some of them hear me and don’t care . I hope this staff get trained on how customer service should be like , they need to have a different attitude. Besides , they need to pay a huge attention to the hygiene, bathrooms look always disgusting and this is not the first time to see that the trash can in the male bathroom are overloaded with napkins and they are falling off of it . Update Sep13-2023: I went again few days ago and found the bathroom trash can fully loaded with napkins everywhere around and it was disgusting , totally disappointed. It would just take some serious warning from the owner to whoever in charge of the cleaning so that it doesn’t happen again .. PLEEEEASE PAY SOME ATTENTION TO THE HYGIENE.i UPDATE : I went again and found the male bathroom having a new huge trash can , bathroom was clean and there were no napkins on the ground . Thanks :) Rating is higher now .

I’ve never been to Heart Sushi. Today, I changed that. Heart is an all-you-can-eat buffet. There is a salad bar, but you order everything else through a tablet and server. They are open from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. but on Friday and Saturday till 10:30 p.m. As I was brought to my booth, I noticed the stunning design of the building. I subsequently looked at the beverage menu, and ordered Nestea. They carry juice, pop, tea, smoothies, and Clamato. For adults, frozen cocktails and regular cocktails, Bellinis, margaritas, daiquiris, beer, Japanese sake and wine, red and white and rose wine, martinis, and typical liqueurs are available. At the salad bar, I grabbed two pieces of shrimp with cocktail sauce. Next, I began ordering food and got into a vigorous rhythm. Items were coming in as fast as I was eating them. The first was a dim sum roast pork bun. It was doughy and the filling, sweet. I then explored most of their special sushi rolls. These were delicious, except for the ones with tempura bits. These were dry and almost like sand. They do have options for dessert, but I wanted to keep things a little healthier. I got a banana smoothie instead. It had slush and was awesome. If you go, Heart Sushi will win your heart over. You will fall in love with the sushi and sashimi and their Pan-Asian dishes.

Horribe experience with manager.

I booked a reservation for a bunch of friends so we could celebrate our friend who is moving away, and I called ahead to ask about doing a la carte and buffet being allowed, to which I was told, yes it was fine. A number of people attending aren't a huge sushi fan, so everyone ended up ordering off of the menu to adhere to their preferences, dietary restrictions, etc - which again, we were told was fine.

Our server was excellent, and the food was great. There was a long wait which no one complained about, because we were a large party and understood there was a lot of food ordered, and we were just there to enjoy each other's company, celebrate and send our friend off and support local business.

After we all paid and were saying our goodbyes, a man (I believe to be the manager) demanded to speak to me. He put me on absolute blast for the fact we ordered off of the menu vs. buffet, and relentlessly berated me for at least 3 minutes, all infront of the guest of honour. He told me he was so frustrated with me, that it was ridiculous I did this, that I made everyone stressed out, and I was to never do this again. He was wildly aggressive, stood very close to me while scolding me, and kept repeating himself when I said 'I understand,' or 'I called ahead and asked,' or 'it this anywhere on your website,' etc.

I was incredibly embarrassed, and felt that it nearly ruined the entire night. I worked hard to organize everything so all 14 of us could suprise our friend. We all tipped over 20 percent, were happy and patient, yet - I felt like I had done an atrocious thing in bringing 13 of my friends to my former favorite sushi restaurant.

The manager should be ashamed of how he spoke to me. In the past, this same man has made remarks about 'eating too much,' a remark he expressed only to me (a woman,) and not to my fiancé who is a man. Food shaming me for ordering too much? Wild. Yet, I brought my close friends here because I used to think highly of this spot and thought it would be fun!

That has since changed how I feel about this place and I will never be back, and likely, neither will any of my friends.

Would not recommend this place unless you want to be ridiculed for supporting them in front of...

Heart Sushi, nestled within London Mall in London, Ontario, offers an exceptional dining experience that transcends the ordinary. From the moment you step through its doors, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that sets the stage for a memorable meal.

The restaurant's all-you-can-eat concept is both convenient and delightful, allowing patrons to order from an extensive menu via iPads—a feature that enhances the dining experience with ease and efficiency. The variety of sushi and other Japanese delicacies is impressive, catering to both traditional tastes and adventurous palates.

What truly sets Heart Sushi apart, however, is the incredible manager, who goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. His kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction are unmatched. He greets guests with genuine warmth, taking the time to learn their names and preferences, making every visit feel like a personalized experience. Whether it's a friendly chat to check on your meal, accommodating dietary preferences, or ensuring prompt service during busy times, he leads the team with a grace and compassion that is rare in the restaurant industry.

The manager's attention to detail and thoughtfulness is remarkable. He doesn’t just oversee operations—he is an integral part of the Heart Sushi experience. On special occasions, he is known to surprise customers with thoughtful gestures, like a complimentary dessert or a heartfelt message, adding a personal touch that leaves a lasting impression. His leadership and care for his staff also shine through, as the entire team mirrors his attitude of kindness and professionalism.

In summary, Heart Sushi in London Mall is more than just a place to eat—it's a destination for those seeking quality cuisine, innovative service, and heartfelt hospitality. With the manager at the helm, every visit feels like dining with family. Whether you're a sushi aficionado or new to Japanese cuisine, a visit to Heart Sushi promises to be a delightful and...

0 Stars – The Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

We came here hoping to enjoy a good sushi meal but left feeling frustrated due to the manager’s rude and disrespectful behavior. My friend—visiting for the first time—accidentally ordered too much food due to inexperience. We fully understood and were more than willing to pay the extra fee to take the leftovers home. However, instead of providing professional support or a reasonable explanation, the manager acted in an extremely unprofessional manner: he spoke loudly, scolding us in front of other customers as if we couldn’t afford an extra $10.

And it didn’t stop at just one incident—he raised his voice at us twice, with one time being a direct confrontation with my friend, humiliating us in front of everyone. We were too shocked by his behavior to even respond to defend our friend. His exaggerated tone, condescending attitude, and arrogant gestures only highlighted his lack of professionalism. The worst part? He angrily packed the food into a box without asking, while we were still eating.

Two of us remained and had to witness his tense and aggressive way of clearing the table, which only added to our frustration and disappointment. If someone doesn’t respect their customers, we WON’T respect them either—and we certainly WON’T be coming back!

If it were just a matter of food or price, it might be overlooked, but unprofessionalism and rudeness from management staff will put off potential customers.

I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. RUN AWAY while you still can!

If you had the misfortune of experiencing this place before reading this review, congratulations—you’ve just won the Blind Box...
