$33 for 16 slices and 3 cans of coke.

Sarducci's East is a pick up only location. The staff were friendly, but the location is outdated. The location is next to a bar and laundromat. A good choice if you want a quick slice while you wait.

Dad (Neutral Critic)

Pre taste - 6 - The pizza looked pretty greasy

Cheese - 6 - Very cheesy, but pretty salty.

Sauce - 6 - Same as cheese, salt took away from taste.

Crust - 6 - Crust was very soft. Had an olive kind of taste to it.

Overall - 6 - There are definitely better choices than Sarducci's for pizza. Sarducci's reminds me of birthday party pizza. Something you get quick without putting too much thought into it. The pizza was pretty salty and took away from the enjoyment of it. Some pieces were cut very thin, while others were proper. I would not recommend...

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.... EVER!!! TERRIBLE!!!!

I RECENTLY MOVED TO WINDSOR AND THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING PIZZA FOR DELIVERY.

MY PIZZA FROM SARDUCCI'S SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR IN 40 MINUTES, NO PROBLEM.

I TOLD THE DRIVER THAT I WAS PAYING BY DEBIT AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS NOT TOLD THIS. HE SAID NO WORRIES, IT HAPPENS TO HIM ONCE OR TWICE A NIGHT. HE DID NOT HAVE HIS DEBIT MACHINE WITH HIM AND WOULD HAVE TO COME BACK.

HE OFFERED TO LEAVE THE PIZZA WITH ME, BUT IT WASN'T EVEN THE PIZZA THAT I ORDERED!

HE LEFT WITH IT AND I CONTACTED THE RESTAURANT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER. THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT MY CORRECT PIZZA WAS IN THE OVEN AND WOULD BE ON IT'S WAY TO ME SHORTLY.

WHEN I ASKED FOR SOME SORT OF DISCOUNT FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, HIS RESPONSE WAS "MISTAKES HAPPEN" AND THAT THERE WOULD BE NO DISCOUNT ON MY ORDER.

I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

I use to order from the EAST end Sarduci's on a very regular occasion. After multiple times waiting an hour and a half for a delivery I call and ask why it's taking so long. Each time I got a different excuse, but in reality it's that they forgot about my order. This most recent time I was told it would take 45 minutes to arrive. So at 1 and a half hours I called to complain, and to ask for a discount. (I've never asked for a discount before) The owner was very rude and told me that they wouldn't discount, would never give free and if I still wanted the order it would be full price. I found at different times the staff to be pretty rude as well, probably from seeing how the owner deals with customers. We will never order from this location again.
