Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Every single day I go here for an ice coffee and it’s different every day. Not sure how a staff that are all trained the same all make the same drink differently but that’s talent. You’d think that would be enough to stop me from going but the convienience keeps me coming back. Today I’m done though - I order a sandwich and McDonald’s style they pull me over to wait. I waited, and waited, And 18 mins later with kids in the car that need to be somewhere I go in for a refund. At least 7 staff standing around with no one in line. I ask for my refund and some guy tells me my sandwich don’t be long, as he proceeds to turn and ask someone to make it. Pardon me, they haven’t even started making it ? No thanks I want my refund I have to go. They refuse to give me my refund on the method of payment I used in the first place and didn’t seem to care that someone just waited 18 mins in their lot for nothing. Absolutely brutal, the entire staff needs to be replaced. I will be driving past this Tim’s to find one where people know how to do the job they’re paid for- Will be my last visit at...

This Tim Hortons has the WORST late night service. I work long hours threwout the day as I work two job's. Every time I come to this Tim's for just ONE coffee after I'm done work I'm always waiting 15 minutes at the minimum. They only have two people on after 8 but yet everytime I'm at this tim's around 9 or 10 there is a line up of people waiting for there order to even be taken and everytime people walk out in frustration. It's much easier to send someone home or keep someone an hour later to ensure better service. But yet when I explained my frustrations(after waiting 15 min for a single coffee that wasn't even properly made) the manager she said "our labors on point". Why are people waiting every night for your labor cost!!?? No one at this tim's gives the same service no night managers deal with complaints properly! Bad training and bad service! Used to buy double-double and their Christmas special white hot chocolate a lot! Couple of months ago, I felt like a green latte and asked them if they had them because it's not listed for sure. Was checking to find out. The manager was called to speak to me. She said they could totally make one. I was so excited! Ordered and waited. They staff was dissing my order loudly, making faces, laughing, gossiping about a green tea latte 🤐 and they gave me my take away. Can you believe this, they added a green tea bag in a latte!!! I didn't taste it until I went back home, and I was so disappointed and upset. If you don't know something, admit it. Don't screw up orders in the pretext of knowing it! Haven't gone back ever since.
