Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Id like to tell the one of the employees to relax, take a deep breath, grin and bear it. Not only do you handle my food, but you chose to work in hospitality- a fast food place... maybe you had a bad day, maybe your like this every day (Ill check off this one for the win), but I was the only person there and no one came before me (as I was outfront for 15mins finishing a call) and no one came after me (for about 20mins as I finished my sub outside on the back of my friends truck-it was a gorgeous night, so we had a tail gate dinner lol). You were grumpy, unapproachable and every time I asked & pointed to each additive closely to the glass window, youd stop what u were doing to aggressively put your hand on the window as if it was about to come crashing down onto the sandwich board. Like really?? Easy there!! I think you need to pay more attention to the deliverance of your body language and facial expressions than a glass window that barely saw my finger print. Smh. First time at this location, Ill choose one of the 4 down the street before I ever go back to this one again. It was a Sunday evening not even nearly close to closing time either plus I was a total sweetheart even more so towards the end of my visit BECAUSE you were such a B- hoping my manners&kind behaviour would change your attitude- Nope. Funny thing is that when I mentioned this experience to a few friends who live in the Banwell area, they knew exactly who I was talking about. Very sad! Find another job if...

Honestly the worst subway I have ever been to. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. The lady that works there named Dina is extremely rude, rolls her eyes when I ask for a pizza instead of a sub, and huffs and puffs because she is so angry by all of the customers. I don’t know why she would be hired for a place that requires customer service because she is negative every time I go to this subway. This subway has lost my business and many others because of this worker. She also told her coworker at the register that she was so fed up and frustrated because there was so many customers coming in at once. If you don’t have the ability to handle that you shouldn’t be working here whatsoever. Terrible experience and I am so glad I heard her say that....

I went in to get a sub for lunch. When it came time to pay I hit the “no tip” option due to only having the amount for the sub. This was 1PM on Dec 14/2022. The gentleman who took my order and cashed me out said in a very loud sarcastic voice “thanks for the tip”. This was very unprofessional and rude. I took to social media expressing my shock and several other people stated they had a similar experience at this location. I’ll be filing a formal complain. Absolutely disgusting. People who work at subway (to my knowledge) get paid minimum wage just like else where. What makes these employees so entitled to tips (free money). I, and many others apparently, will not be returning to...
