Tinas Sub & Gyros Store — Restaurant in Tecumseh

Was excited to try something different from my usual gyros place in Windsor. After reading all the reviews, a common theme was huge portions and amazing taste for a low price. Gyros flavour was good, but they offer half the portion I would get from my favourite gyros restaurant, and their prices are higher. Fries are tasteless, out of a bag, pitas are grainy, salad was decent. The same combo at the Windsor gyros place I frequent at Tecumseh and Jefferson is cheaper and offers literally twice the amount of gyros meat, which is also more flavourful. Tinas is ok if you don't feel like a little car ride, but it doesn't live up to all...

place was spotless. the lady, I'm assuming tina, was a pleasure. food was good. giving it a 2 because the man decided to charge me 15%tip on the debit machine without my permission. he thought he was quick enough. worst part is the he had to do it 3 separate time because there were issues with the debit machine. very dishonest. will not return.

Best gyros in the city hands down. I'm greek and i don't even bother going to any Greek restaurant for gyros, that's how good they are here. The family that own it are very friendly and the service is fantastic. The gyro is big and stuffed with meat compared to other places, plus im picky with the taste of my sauce and they do it...
