On July3rd, 2025, at exactly 3:58 AM, I pulled up to this Tim Hortons, just like I’ve done countless times over the past two years. As a commercial driver, I often rely on this location for a quick coffee before hitting the road. Until now, I was always served without issue. But on this particular morning, everything changed — and not for the better.
For the first time, I saw two unfamiliar staff members working the early shift: Jipsey and Nency. What followed was not just unreasonable — it was downright insulting.
They refused to serve me unless I drove my 53-foot commercial truck through the drive-thru, claiming it was now required. This was not only impractical — it was outright dangerous, both for me and for anyone else near that drive-thru lane. When I questioned the logic, they claimed they had “just spoken to the district manager,” and that these were his direct instructions. Honestly, it felt like a lie — an excuse to not serve someone they clearly didn’t want to deal with.
When I told them I’d be leaving a comment about this unacceptable treatment, Nency dismissed me coldly, waved me off like I was nothing, and told me to never come back. After two years of being a loyal and respectful customer at this location, I was treated like a nuisance, like I didn’t matter at all.
This wasn’t just a policy issue. It was personal. It was humiliating, disrespectful, and entirely unprofessional.
I left empty-handed and stunned, asking myself how two people could show such little empathy, especially at a time when kindness goes such a long way.
If this is the new standard at this Tim Hortons, it’s one I...
Read moreMy review is way overdue. Overall, the entire team makes my morning every single morning, and make my day as I pass by in the evening. I have to highlight one very unique team member: Gina. Gina has become a part of daily routine that just warms my heart when I see her, she is beyond welcoming, very efficient, and an absolutely adorable person. I honestly absolutely admire her. You can easily tell when she is working because the drive-thru line flies! I think she deserves all the recognition. A couple of areas to enhance: First, there are only a couple of workers I can’t identify but ones that do give a hard time especially to my mother who’s clearly speaking English but I feel like they magnify that she has an access and make her repeat the Large black coffee double cupped order that I ALWAYS get numerous times. I think it helps to remind workers about cultural sensitivity. Second, the restaurant inside during the day usually requires a little more additional attention and cleaning. Otherwise, my ultimate favourite...
Read moreI hate this location I just bought a medium French vanilla with a plain bagel toasted with butter and let me tell u I was unhappy with my service. First off my cup was just filled a bit above half a cup and when I asked for it to be topped up the lady serving at the window took my cup and just put it down and bring it back because there is no way she topped it up when there is still 1/4 of my cup was still empty and she looked rather annoyed that I asked in the first place. There wasn't even a line up. Tim's is not cheap fill the cups up man. Not to the brim but geeze Louise can't show up a 1/4 of Change short and get my order so don't short me on my order. Let's not even talk about the fact that if my change is 5 cent or 10 cent they don't even give it to you they just close the window and go about their business. I always have to ask, its so annoying and it not like I wouldn't donate but ask...
