If I could give them a -10 I would! Worst customer service EVER! Ordered pick up on their app for my daughter. She went in to pick it up and it wasn't on the shelf. They said a Skip the dishes driver came in and took it. I went in when my daughter came out to get me and the one girl there was EXTREMELY rude! She told me Skip the dishes driver came to get it. I said where are they taking it to I didn't put in my address. I had to argue with them to make me another one. She had to call her manager and ask. Also continued to be rude! I told her she was rude she said my daughter raised her voice at her. I said well what do you want her to do when you've been so rude to her and regardless of what she's said. You don't treat a customer that way! Then she called my daughter a boy and when I told her she was a girl her answer was I couldn't tell. I was disgusted. I have ordered my food through the app multiple times and i was having issues on how to order a BLT on the app. I searched online and I couldn't find an answer. I had emailed cooperate and they said to order a veggie and just "add bacon." To my dismay, there would only be 4 pieces of bacon. Turns out cooperate was wrong. Atoosh took the time to tell me the correct way to order a BLT on the app to assure that I would have the proper amount of meat. And since then, my subs have been perfect AND I have been saving money using the app! Atoosh is very friendly, and takes his time making sure my sandwhich is made the way it's ordered. I know when he's working it's gonna be perfect. Thank you atoosh for always putting your heart into your work. It definitely shows!
