Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

The first time we ate here my entire family got food poisoning. We, unfortunately, made the mistake of eating here a second time. The second time, earlier today, I risked eating food from this location, the worker lied to my partner about a sauce they put on the sandwich. The company had changed the ingredients of the sauce and it was even remarked upon that the sauce colour was very off, the worker gave my partner the impression the only thing that had changed was the colour. I had a mild allergic reaction thanks to her misrepresentation of this new sauce. When called out on the mistake, they were far from professional, and told us to take it up with head office. We will be following up with head office. We have since found out we’re not the only ones being made ill by this location so I will definitely be going to head office, both our visits will be mentioned as well as the experiences of those friends that have also gotten ill from eating here. Lady with long brown hair was too busy on her phone in the hallway where the bathrooms are to bother with customers. She saw me walk over to the counter and decided to go in the back instead while myself and another customer stood there. I probably stood there for 5 minutes before I decided to grab a drink from mac’s. The guy behind me was still standing there when I was cashed out and even looking down the hallway to see if there were any signs of life. Ordered 2 Steak Pinninis and a large drink. Cost me $16.92, price isn't too bad. I wasn't a fan of them, found them kind of tasteless. I know the wife likes them so it's just my opinion. The staff are ok but a little more smiling and being more pleasant would be nice. It's not the cleanest place I've been but definitely not the worst. Found a couple of tables dirty when I sat down and they were still dirty when I left. I will say, I've been to Subway a lot, they definitely put good portions on your sandwiches. I see a lot of Subway's give very little meat or cheese. This place is above average in...
