Good selection but pretty crappy prices. 20 bucks a pack for prismatic evolution? Might as well just buy from scalpers at that point.

First, you're free to do whatever you'd like with the products you sell, but charging well above MSRP for a brand new set to walk ins is scummy (20 bucks for a single pack is outrageous).

Second, the decision to do so seems pretty shortsighted considering the different avenues locals have to purchase Pokemon products from. I was more than happy to go to your store and CG Realm to pick up products when I could because I generally do prefer to support a local business. But when a local business is charging more than some Facebook Marketplace reseller then I'm just going to buy from the Pokemon Center directly, or try to get cards from Walmart, Amazon, or Gamestop, because at least then I'll get the product around MSRP.

Local stores like yourself need local collectors like myself and others to stay afloat. I'm a small drop in the bucket so it's not like my business really matters to you all that much, but you should consider the people who aren't calling you out for this practice that are just quietly going to take their business elsewhere.

Looking for new and sealed Pokémon TCG products? Look elsewhere!!!!!!! While this may be a good place to purchase board games according to some reviews, the supposedly sealed pokémon cards are some of the sketchiest things I’ve ever purchased and I am no stranger to the local card shop scene. I purchased the Crobat Shining Fates box and I didn’t notice until I got home that the box was previously opened on the side. I sort of thought nothing of it at first… that is until I got to the boosters packs. If you are going to reseal packs and try to sell it again at least do a better job than this because wow, I’ve never felt so obviously scammed in my life. I would normally try to go to a shop to rectify an issue like this but I just feel like if I’m going to get played this hard on my first purchase here it’s not worth the hassle of dealing with any of this. The booster cards are not in the standard order and have very evidently been repacked. The photo says it all, does this look like a new...

Great store for all your trading card game, board game, and tabletop game needs. Bobbi runs the pokemon league and could not be nicer. Between Bobbi and professor Nate there Wednesday and Friday leagues and tournaments are well run and always fun. They have other games and leagues/ tournaments like yu-gi-oh and magic on other days but I can't speak to those as that's not my thing. What i can speak on is the fact that Bobbi is fun to be around and runs a tight ship. Pokemon in windsor is in good hands with her at the helm.
