Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

Old guy working at the cashier counter is very rude and unprofessional and don’t wear uniform. Ordered online and when half of my break waiting there even though it was not busy. When I went to the counter again they said what you ordered was not available so we made this for you.

And, I was like I never gave you the permission to do that. Got refund after an argument.

Never coming back again and also telling all of my staff...
