Subway — Restaurant in Ontario

I literally never take the time to review places but this place is something else! Every Tuesday we stop at this location on the way to my daughter’s soccer game. Today we ordered through the app. We ordered 3 subs. One was made correctly. One was made mostly correct, there was a few miscellaneous onions even though we ordered none, but I chalked it up to some falling into the lettuce, so we just picked them off. The third one was made with no sauces at all ( I had ordered mayo, chipotle and ranch). I called to tell them about the error and the worker argued with me that she had made it correctly. She said I needed to bring it back to have it corrected. I explained that we were on our way to my daughter’s soccer, therefore I was unable to return. She continued to argue. I asked to speak with someone else. The next worker continued to tell me that it was made correctly, and that if it was wrong I needed to bring it back. I explained again that wouldn’t be possible, and said I would bring a picture next time to prove what I was saying. I asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me. I called back again and he said he would reach out to the manager and call me back in 5 minutes. No call ever came. All I was looking for was a simple acknowledgment of the error and for it to be fixed. I don’t think that’s asking much. There are too many Subway locations to settle...

Staff was INCREDIBLY rude. I asked for a 3 cheese snackwich, which in the picture is full of multiple kinds of cheeses. He put 3 little slices of cheddar and said it's "3 cheese because I put 3 slices" Not to mention he just threw them on half off the bread so when it was toasted it all just melted off. I also ordered a turkey sub. He put ham instead, which I didn't bother correcting because at that point I was just ready to leave. I couldn't even finish saying the word of the topping I wanted before he was cutting me off demanding "Next!". I asked for extra olives, he put literally 6 on the whole footlong. Not to mention he was putting all the toppings I asked for on my sub onto the 3 cheese sandwhich without me asking for it, when on the menu it clearly is just cheese. All the toppings were 90% empty and old, the counter was dirty, and when I said I wanted to pay with a gift card, he looked like I'd just inconvenienced him so greatly that I actually felt bad. Definitely the worst service I've ever...

Use to go here a lot and was always great service and food but as of lately it's been pretty bad. The new lady that works there is quite rude. The first time she made me a wrap - I always get the Great Canadian Club on a wrap. She told me if I wanted the double cheese ( that comes with it already ) I'd have to pay extra because it's on a wrap ( nowhere does ut say that is a thing). I said the bread type doesn't change the toppings that come with it and it doesn't say that anywhere nor have I ever had to pay extra before. Then today, I come in and get 2 blt snackwich things and I'm told I'm only allowed 3 toppings and 2 sauces (doesn't say that anywhere). I've never been told that before anywhere. One of the images shows the snackwich has tomato, lettuce, onion and cucumber. You're saying I can't get that? I did look it up and it says that you are allowed as many toppings and sauces as you want. Deeply disappointed as I've never had these issues with anyone or anywhere. Won't order there again if...
