I went into Subway on January 22nd, to redeem by birthday cookie and drink. I had activated my offers on my app, so that I could scan it at the register to redeem them through the register, in person. Prior to scanning the app at the register, I told the person working that I had these rewards and wanted to redeem them. I also told her that I already had them activated, and that it should give her a prompt to redeem it through the register. However, when I told her this, she cut me off mid-sentance and told me that she cant and that she will not give me my rewards. I asked her why, as I went through all thr right steps to redeem it, and she said it was because I had to order online. If this is the case, why does it give me the option to activate it and scan it at the register?? On top of this, it said on the screen after I scanned my barcode "free birthday reward redeemed", but she would not give it to me. She then asked me if I wanted to pay for the drink and cookies. No, of course not!! Very disappointing service. Never going back.
