Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Ontario

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons located in St. Lawrence College. Despite being a regular customer at this location, I was shocked by the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff member.

I accidentally grabbed the wrong size of coffee and the employee behind the counter raised her voice at me in front of other customers. Instead of politely informing me about the mistake, she chose to embarrass and scold me, which was completely uncalled for.

This incident left a sour taste in my mouth and I will definitely think twice before returning to this particular Tim Hortons location. Customer service should always be a top priority, and I was greatly disappointed by the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by the staff member. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and provides better training for their employees in the future.

I went to this restaurant in March 22, 2025. I put in a complaint as I was not happy with the service and food I had ordered. on March 27 Rohan reached out to offer a full refund.
