If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It is extremely dirty, the prep took exorbitantly long, to the point a customer was trying to teach the employee how to multi-task, in order to fill orders efficently. When they FINALLY gave me my order, they forgot to prepare half of it! The employees complained loudly that they didn't care if people had to wait and acted very unprofessional, lazy and discourteous to the patrons. My daughter and I ate in (hoping to not get food poisoning tonight) and most customers were aghast at the wait time for simple single orders such as a bagel, coffee, dozen donuts etc...The touch screen at the drive thru window looks like it was cleaned months ago. The employee working drive thru was using her hand to wipe her nose every 2 mins in between preparing orders with no gloves on. Yes, seriously. Thankfully she didn't prepare mine or I would of asked for a refund. Frankly I should of anyways. Clearly, this location needs a new manager, your employees have no respect for their job, themselves or regard for the company that employ them and the...
Read moreThe service is terrible to start with. Sometimes takes 20 minutes just to get a coffee after the order has been taken. Got a breakfast sandwich today, instead of saying they had no egg they just gave it to me expecting me to just drive away and not come back. 2 minutes later I was in the store asking them to put egg on the sandwich and that’s when they tell me they have none and will be a 10 minute wait. They stop making hot food literally at dinner time. I’ve never been to a worse or slower Tim Hortons than this. Only goes more and more down hill than everyday. The early morning staff which are gone by 11 are great but the rest need to realize they are at work and to stop socializing when they are lined up out the door. They should honestly be embarrassed about how it’s ran. The only reason I feel this one has stayed open is because of the students and how close to...
Read moreThis is the most poorly managed Tim Horton's I've ever visited. I don't think I've ever placed an order that didn't end up wrong in some way - which I do not blame on the staff, I blame on the lack of staff, and lack of products. It's listed as 24/7 but I've never gone in past 10 p.m. and been able to order anything more than a stale cookie they might have had left over. Why not shut down and actually put those hours towards stocking your store, training your staff, and actually hiring a proper number of workers. The staff always seem stressed and unhappy, and more times than not I've had to be given a different sized drink in lieu of what I ordered because the proper size wasn't available or they were out of simple things such as napkins and straws. Whoever owns this Tim Horton's needs to really work...
