Taco Bell — Restaurant in Ontario

Absolutely the worst Taco Bell restaurant out there. Terrible staff which includes young disrespectful kids, people who have incredibly heavy accents and never understand anything you ask for, and very rude supervisors and older workers. The food is usually stale or cold, despite extremely long wait lines inside and drive thru. The worst part, EVERY SINGLE order I have EVER placed they either mess up and give me the wrong food, or they forget multiple items! EVERY TIME! Unfortunately when I feel like Taco Bell this is the only location within 30 km of me. I work and have worked in fast food, retail, and for the government, so I understand that it is difficult to manage and work under pressure for the public like this. But this location is BEYOND inexcusable! Please do NOT go to this location if you want ALL the food you paid for. I hate giving terrible reviews, but after going to this restaurant my whole life and having it never improve, I will never suggest this...

I ordered 2 days ago via drive thru at the Taco Bell at 6707 Tecumseh Rd E., my full order was not there when I got home. It happens, mistakes are made sometimes. But I called that night and couldn't get in touch with a human so i left a voicemail, which was not responded to. I tried again the next day, and again couldn't get a human on the phone, so I left another voicemail. Each voicemail was polite and just explained I was missing part of my order. I guess I paid for my family to eat and only 1 could. No one ever responded to my messages, which is why I'm leaving this review. Mistakes happen, but it's pretty disgusting when they ignore it instead of making it right. I'd avoid the Taco Bell at 6707 Tec. Rd. East if I were you. Unless you feel like paying for your family to eat and only getting enough for one person when you get home, about $6 in food when it...

Went to this location this afternoon to go thru the Drive Thru and when I drove up to the ordering spot I was told that they have NO SAUCES. What Mexican Restaurant doesn't have any Sauces? The Mild and Hot Sauces are a must to enjoy with Mexican food and for Taco Bell not to have any is just unbelievable. The girl taking the orders asked if I still wanted to order and I said no thanks. This is the second time it has happened when I went to a Taco Bell in Windsor and the other one was on Tecumseh Rd. E. and I wrote a review on that one to, they had no Mild Sauce only Flaming Hot Sauce which i did not want so once again I never ordered from them and now I;m wondering if I will go back again. What is going on with Taco Bell, are they trying to cut cost. For this reason I gave them 1 Star, obviously customer satisfaction isn't important...
